It
could
have
been
a
merry
experience
only
if
they
were
slightly
more
responsible.
I
stayed
here
twice
with
my
family.
Its
isolated,
inside
a
gated
colony
with
a
very
quite
and
calm
environment.
I
preferred
staying
in
the
ground
floor
cause
my
granny
was
undergoing
a
knee
surgery,
for
which
we
were
in
delhi.
On
my
first
time,
there
was
a
blockage
in
their
drainage
system
and
water
always
flowed
out
of
the
kitchen
sink
into
the
floor
of
the
kitchen,
making
the
kitchen
unusable
and
the
rooms
stenchy!
They,
on
repeated
requests
decided
to
clean
the
blockage.
Was
quite
a
mess
during
the
cleaning
period,
but
considering
there
was
no
other
option
other
than
to
get
the
situation
fixed,
we
decided
to
stay
on
without
complaints.
On
our
second
visit,
I
booked
them
again,
making
sure
that
there
will
be
no
such
repeated
trouble!
Well,
this
time
they
decided
to
get
their
rooms
and
marble
floors
cleaned
while
our
visit.
They
could
no
have
simply
informed
me,
with
a
prior
notice,
to
take
up
a
different
room
on
a
different
floor
so
as
to
avoid
the
commotion,
but
they
chose
not
to.
I
still
didnt
let
the
noise
and
dirt
bother
us
as
we
were
not
to
stay
for
long.
They
asked
us
to
change
rooms.
We
were
reluctant
cause
we
were
to
leave
in
a
day,
and
on
a
healthy
discussion
reached
a
conclusion
that
we
shall
stay
at
the
same
room
and
that
the
cleaning
shall
happen
only
after
we
had
left!
Next
day
while
I
and
mom
were
out,
they
again
decided
to
ask
my
granny
to
shift
rooms,
(a
room
which
was
not
entirely
clean
and
made
fit
to
stay).
She
declined
the
offer.
So
the
clean
up
guy
decided
to
call
me,
asking
me
to
convince,
my
still
ailing
granny,
to
vacate
the
room!
Mind
you,
the
caretaker
of
the
place
is
nowhere
in
the
picture!
he
decides
to
sit
in
the
corner
and
watch
us
have
all
the
fun.
I
called
him
up
to
confront
the
situation.
Instead
of
being
apologetic,
he
too
tries
to
talk
me
into
switching
rooms.
On
having
asked
him
to
wait
for
a
few
hours,
he
laments
the
fact
that
he
will
have
to
pay
an
extra
wage
to
the
workers
if
they
dont
get
on
with
the
work
immediately,
(tries
to
make
me
feel
guilty
about
his
loss!
all
this
even
after
me
having
asked
him
about
his
present
state
of
the
ground
floor
before
commencing
to
book
it!)
Anyway,
i
was
adamant
and
refused
to
ask
my
granny
to
change
rooms
alone,
untill
we
arrived!
On
having
arrived
we
see
that
the
other
room
was
still
under
the
cleaning
process
and
of
course
not
conducive
for
a
patient
to
stay!
Naturally,
my
mom
blew
off
on
the
staff
and
the
other
wage
workers
there!
I
didnt
really
want
that
to
happen
but
couldnt
avoid
the
situation.
I
really
like
the
rooms
personally
and
the
environment
too.
They
were
really
helpful
in
the
beginning
while
i
was
booking
their
rooms.
But
all
of
these
led
me
to
write
such
a
lengthy
bad
review
for
these
guys.
I
am
an
extensive
traveller
and
try
to
be
as
adjustible
as
possible.
i
have
never
had
such
problems
on
any
other
such
accommodation
facilities.
But
this
was,
by
far,
my
worst
experience.
Its
necessary
for
the
hotel
staff
and
owner
to
prioritise
a
travellers
comfort
before
their
own
facilitation.
Its
a
great
place
to
stay,
only
if
things
are
taken
well
care
of
and
handelled
with
a
little
maturity!
