The worst hospitality. We were seated in ground floor. The entire place was a mess. Full of flies and food shattered under table. The restaurant looked like they didn’t sweep it for long time. The people incharge weren’t professional. Everything we ordered was late. Buhari management should look into this seriously else your reputation will vanish just in seconds. Even Road side shops provide better hospitality than here. It’s an nasty place. The taste of the food was good. But it’s not an apt place to visit again.

On the ECR and known for NV and its Biryani. As it is just the next door always, would recommend for the Ambience, Parking, Service time and quality of food. Biryani has always been the mandate followed by anything which tickles the appetite.

We had chambell mutton gravy with pulka, hot and sour mutton soup, spicy juicy grilled fish, chicken 90.and we ended it with lime 🥤 juice

NOT WORTH THE MONEY I did not expect this from a reputed restaurant joint. Maybe they are relaxed too much after gaining a reputation. Nothing made me feel good except the security who helped me park the car. It was hot inside the restaurant and seemed like the AC needed some servicing. We ordered mutton biryani and two pieces of bones in it didn't do justice to the dish name. Never gonna return here...

On 1.9.23 I ordered two portions of egg masala ( take away) paying 483 rupees. When I asked them about the quantity, they each portion will be 500 ml. When I opened the parcel to my surprise total qty is less than 250 ml in each container. It's not the first time they are doing. Worst experience. CHEETING public money.

Hi Just now i had lunch here . The chicken gravy they provided is full of mess with no salt no spicy no taste they charged me 260 for this an even after complaining about it's worst quality they are not ready to do any discounts on the bill. I won't suggest any one for dining here waste of money. Buhari dining is becoming worst not like before .

The ambience of this place is shabby (dirty).The employees of this hotel doesn't seem to be professional. The floors are not swept, tables are not cleaned, flies are everywhere, glasses/plates are not clean. The waiters/person who served food are not professional, just seemed like bunch of school students working here. To run a hotel, ambience & professionalism is required. However the taste of the food is good, I wouldn't recommend people to come here for its cleanliness. Buhari management take a look at the place & make necessary changes.

It was awesome delicious food, after a very long time had a chance to taste the authentic buhari hotel dishes. Very limited foods / items menu but worthy to try it.

As always Buhari is awesome when it comes to food, i ordered fried rice, chilli chicken, briyani, wheat parota, butter chicken and everything tasted awesome. Especially the fried rice was spectacular 😋 with chilli chicken. I never expected parota and butter chicken will be a good combo, so must try. Overall nice experience in Buhari

On the whole it's a very good family restaurant and a staple restaurant for many families and honestly going here won't disappoint you. Will check all your wild and spicy needs

Piece of broken glass found in Ice-cream, they were too careless of hospitality, paneer butter masala gravy was like sugar syrup, and to get the ordered food we had to wait for more than an hour, I would say there was nothing good about this restaurant and its dangerous too for health.

I order Chicken Biriyani from neelangari Bhuhari through zomato. I found cockroach in food . I got shocked after seeing this in my food . Such a worst quality of food I never expected frm brand like bhuhari . Pls avoid this restaurant and do not refer to anybody.

A lot of things are fundamentally wrong in this restaurant. Poor ambience. The way the food was served ex: Chicken 65 served and appeared like how it would be done in a local roadside shop. Servers lack basic hospitality skills ex: they took my 4 year old son's plate while he was still eating there. Shell shocking. It was like they were working like if their salaries were kept due. One positive was that my chicken briyani was food and the meat was fresh and tender.

usually I love Buhari biryani so much especially which is located in Mount road but on that day the mutton was undercooked and can't eat

Went there for dinner with friends. Nice restaurant with good parking space and well lit dining area. Foods were good in quality and quantity . Also the restroom was maintained neat when I visited Overall a good experience

Not good... We have ordered chicken fried rice, muttton khuska, fish finger.. Fried rice is ok.. Biriyani is average taste, road side biriyani taste is much better than this bhukari biriyani taste... Fish finger is not good with their mayonise, they provide expired mayonise.. We asked to give any other mayonise.. Then they gave another mayonise.. It. Looks fresh but taste is not mayonise taste.. Overall worst experienced..

I had a chicken biriyani and chicken 65. The quantity was quite good, but the pricing was shocking. The bill was Rs 590 !!! The whole essence of the brand Buhari Hotel was lost here. If you were to justify the higher price due to the ambience, sorry to say the ambience was nothing great either. I hope the original Buhari Hotel on Mount Road hasn't changed for the worse like this one on East Coast Road. I wouldn't recommend this particular outlet of the Buhari Hotel. To highlight the 2 good things I found in this place were the toilets and parking space. The toilet was very clean, and the parking was reasonably spacious.

I had mutton biryani it's good. A little costly 400rs. I went on a rainy day for some reason the restaurant is full of fish smell which my family didn't like. May be they cooked some fish at the same time.

Its a very worst experience I had. One Ac is totally dismantled & not sure if other ACs are working. Its very hot climate inside the restaurant than outside 1pm in summer time. Food taste is good. But quantity is not satisfactory. Dining plates are in worst condition. Its will be better if they maintain banana leafs in place of plates.

Don't go here for ambience, but go for the taste and quantity. I had chicken biryani and mutton chukka, I must tell you, mutton chukka was amazing, and biryani had good quantity. Although, I must tell you, if you order mutton chukka via Zomato or Swiggy from the same restaurant, you would not get the same taste or quantity. Happy eating!!

Good food. A bit overrated. Quality is good.

This is on the main road in ECR in Chinna Neelankarai. It's one of the best non veg restaurant. The delicacies are a list of exhaustive menu items ranging from South Indian to Chinese. Service and food taste is of top notch. Prices are slightly expensive but reasonable for the ambience and service provided. Has a decent car parking place. We'll air-conditioned restaurant with a nice road view in the 1st floor. Ideal for family and safe for ladies and kids. Small to medium gatherings of friends also can be accommodated. Must try if you are fam of authentic non veg food.

It was good there is one thing I really like that kitchen staps specially raju and akram behavior to good raju food is outstanding

They can’t live in their past glory. Ordered mutton soup, the mutton was not fresh. Looks like they have cooked the mutton and stored or refrigerated. Tandoori chicken was over cooked and was not tasting fresh and felt like it was deep fried. The wheat parota was good. Guess buhari in ecr need more quality check.

It's nice hotel, food taste was really good, but food quantity was low , it's not enough if the person was foodie 😅, there is separate place for parcel order, may be due to covid issues.

Worst ever resturant, half of them items won't be available, the other half is not worth of what you will be ordering. I tried both south Indian ( biryani) and north indian ( rice and chicken gravy because naan roti is not there salad dal is not there whatever you will pick they will say no they don't serve it sorry...god knows why they have kept those in their menu) dishes there and came to conclusion that only thing which is good about that resturant is their tissue paper.

Visited this branch of Buhari recently. Had bad experience with service as well as food. The taste of food was not as expected, dishes were not at all spicy to our disappointment. Don’t even want to mention about their service. We were sitting for a long while until the order was taken and we have to followup every 10 mins for the food to arrive. That too they bring the main dish separately and no sides. We have to ask for sides and they bring only after we are done with the main course. Overall total disappointment on visiting this outlet based on the brand name “Buhari”. Would NOT recommend the least!!!
