So I decide to do a late night run for food & not only was the cashier rude as hell but they served me lettuce with a drop of meat + very cold food … NEVER AGAIN!!! I wish I didn’t have to give them a star at all that’s so disrespectful & unprofessional on so many levels!

Updating my review from a year ago. This place is still trash but that's basically all the taco bells in the area. I can legitimately say it's more disgusting sometimes than the old taco bell before it was torn down in Neenah and then this one was built, and that's saying something. It's actually saddening to see this place in this condition every time I come here because it was brand new, freshly built, when I went to Neenah high school down the road. Some great memories here during those days. Now it's just another taco bell in complete disarray. One positive is the staff usually seems nice all the time. Unfortunately they just seem overwhelmed all the time and the latest generation feels they are better than others and don't want to work fast food as their first job. Im sure our president Biden will let enough immigrants in they will eventually flood into wisconsin and take these jobs and we will find taco bell as the fastest and cleanest fast food restaurant.

I have been looking forward to this cheese quesadilla for the past three hours, I cannot believe the monstrosity that I was left with. Usually when I go to Taco Bell I am given an exquisite gooey quesadilla…NOT tonight though. Tears are streaming down my face as I write this, I spent my last $5 on this burnt bread with barely ANY CHEESE IN IT.

I waiting over 1 hour in the drive thru line on a not so busy Thursday. Only to watch the cashier eating tacos and doing lottery scratch off tickets. Some of my items were placed upside down and I received zero napkins. I did receive about 30 sauce packets. I used the mobile app and did contact customer service, no reply yet. Drive thru line was crazy long, some people waited even longer for fast food. I will never return to this location and will think hard before returning to Taco Bell.

Garbage people, NOT A SINGLE person on counter at 6 pm on a weekend, guys behind making food (it wasn't busy) just yelled "IF YOU'RE WAITING TO PLACE AN ORDER, GO TO THE KIOSK BEHIND YOU" instead of asking what people wanted. Computer messed up my order, which had never happened before so I had to reorder completely and the guy at the speaker apparently doesn't know that some people use language as thinking words and just kicked me out of the line for "cussing" when I don't even know I'm doing it. Maybe if you had BETTER SERVICE, you wouldn't be so SHORT on someone losing it after being told we had to restart the order. They said they had the burrito and quesadilla yet it took a full 15 MINUTES for then to get the food to me, never had good service from them before and NEVER going back, whole place needs to be torn down. Also they have a whole booth shut off in the lobby for Employment Opportunities, what the hell is that all about? I'd rather have more seating for booths that are closest to the drink station (normally those are designated handicap seats for other restaurants) than tables on the opposite side of the store. Also, no one is going to work there if your employees are always stressed out and flying off the handle or just blowing people off. The guy in line ahead of me, an elderly man, was standing for 10 minutes AFTER I'd gotten there and he was who the guy behind the counter was shouting to for him to use the kiosk, said he couldn't wait anymore and left. Literally driving away business. Don't waste your time, money, or breath. Deplorable.

Food was dried out and cold. Ordered nacho fries got the box half filled maybe 6-8 fries soggy at that. Went back in to ask for new fries. The person at the counter didn’t give much attitude but her customer service sucked. The lady who was making the food horrible customer service when told we needed new fried her responses was “why that’s the serving size a pinch” said with an attitude. If you don’t like your job that much go find a new one. Y’all suck.

My nacho fries was cold and there was literally 7 pieces of fries in the box. I nicely asked to have my fries remade which I understand sometimes things are going to be mistakes and was a given an attitude and a remark “it’s a serving size which mean a pinch!

Been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt given the current state of things, this location keeps disappointing us. Between wrong items in order, to slow service, tonight takes the cake. Ordered online so we could just pickup and go, got to speaker and told it would be 15 minutes for our order. Since already ordered and paid, we opted to wait. Took them 5 minutes to come back to us and acknowledge us and our order, to another 35+ minutes for the two cars in front of us, plus 3 orders I could see he fulfilled inside before our food came. Even the soda was terrible as tasted like cleaner. Either they need to hire more folks, pair down the menu, or revamp that store as not going back anytime soon. If they knew orders where going slow, denote that in the app before people order and waste their time. I feel sorry for the staff there, they are stuck in a bad situation.

I’m currently in line at this location. 24 mins and counting for a cheesy Gordita crunch. 2 of the 3 orders behind me have given up and left the line without getting their food. There is no purpose in this place being open. I won’t post this until I know how long it took total to share with you. Total time in line for 1 taco: 31 mins. A guy could go to the store, buy the ingredients for a taco, and literally make that taco at home before this location can make one. Are they ordering the taco from Mexico and having it delivered by horseback?

The guy who was taking the order was rude. The flat bread tortilla fron the chalupa was not fresh it was nasty as it was sitting there the whole day. Plus they missed my cheesy gordita crunch

My son and I were really looking forward to having tacos. I don't use kiosks anywhere as I work on computers for my own job and am not the biggest fan of technology anyways. The employees in the back weren't coming up to take our order and proceeded to discuss very loudly about us not using the kiosk. We walked out and won't be back.
