I waited to write a review until I'd been there a few times. This is my third time going there and I have to say I am impressed. I had Kevin twice. Lin once. Both were great! Lin was very gentle. Kevin definitely goes a little harder but to be honest I appreciate all that attention to detail. I brought back a Christmas design this time and didn't even realize how tedious it was going to be. I even had the girl next to me asking to see the design, other nail techs were leaning in to take a peak, and Kevin even took a picture after it all was said and done. This is an example of "what I asked for vs what I got." Kevin did AMAZING! He even said this was his first time doing something like this. Huge shout out to Elysian Nails and Kevin. Thank you so much! Now a very loyal customer!

To respond to the comment on my review... I mentioned multiple times to the women doing my nails were I wanted some things fixed. In the end the overall product was not done properly. I was given $5.00 off my total bill, which honestly I don't think was enough. Other steps could have been taken, and you could have offered to redo the full set another day. Plus you guys were closing, and I'm not going to sit another who knows how long, to only have people rush. For the price of the services people pay, you should not be rushing. I have quite a few things to say. Let's start with the negatives. This is my second time there, first time I had the same issues. I don't want to say names because we are all learning. The pedicure was wonderful both times I've gone, however the manicures have not been good at all. Lots of flat formed nails, I do the sns dip powder. There should be a nice arch in the nail, overall the nails turn out flat and are not smooth . The nails are always sticking up and they look like ramps, instead of looking natural. Some of the nails are thick and chunky looking. I spoke to the manager and they took off $5.00 and offered to fix it, but I was already there for 2 hours, I couldn't stay another hour or so. On the positive side, the two people who did the pedicures were very sweet, took their time and made sure I was happy with the outcome. I'm disappointed that for for my second time going, I had another bad experience.

Hands down, the best Nail Salon in Neenah. Elysian is super clean. The staff is very prompt, accommodating, kind, and professional. I showed them a picture of what I wanted, and my tech over-delivered! Love my nails. The ambience inside the salon is excellent too….super cute!

Should be a 0 star. This was the second time I was at this establishment. The first time I got a pedicure and the gal clipped the skin around my toe too much and made it bleed then she put alcohol on it and it hurt sooo bad. When she was trying to paint my nails she had to keep wiping the blood away. Got done went to pay my bill and it was $72 for a pedicure! Went back for my nails as I heard they were good with nails and I have natural long nails. Requested dip polish and they sat me down then they were talking and I had to move chairs 3 times to get someone to do my nails. While I was getting them done he was very gentle and kind. Got my nails dipped and "shaped". My nails were not all covered with dip, the edges were exposed. I asked for a matte finish and again it took 3 people to discuss what to do. I wanted "mom" on my nail and it looked like a 5 year old wrote that and I was still charged for it! I went to pay and my nails were $84!! Completely not worth the money. By that evening my nails were all peeling. I went back the next day a gal buffed my nails and put a new top coat on and tried again to write "mom" looked a little better but not good enough for it to be called a design. Left and that night again my nails started peeling. I have now had to sit in this salon for a total of 3 hours and had to go back a third time and they wanted to give me a gift card for half the price AND take my nails off!! So offended. I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years and this was the worst experience I have had In a nail salon. I also brought my son's girlfriend with me and her nails all popped off after 1 week!! Will NEVER be going here again.

I started coming to this salon a few months ago and have been very happy each time. If you want your nails to look great, this is the place. I have acrylic nails and they are always so nice and even and well shaped. They do great taking care of cuticles. I went in last weekend asking for design that required a lot of detail, and I was so pleased with the work and results. I’ve been very happy with this salon :)

Avoid this place!!!! Gel nails chipped after 2 days and refused to fix because I showed them after 8 days and they only guarantee for it for 7 days. Marie -Tech didn’t use a base coat and rushed with bubbles and sloppy. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Argued with me in front of the whole salon and embarrassed me- left crying!!! Wasted my time and money. Won’t return and will warn everyone of the poor quality of their work. Luckily the Walmart salon was super friendly and took all the clipped gel polish off.

I went with my granddaughter, two bridesmaids and my daughter tonight to get a mani/pedi. Less than satisfied. My pedi is not done properly. The edges of the ties were not even painted. My nails are yet another disappointment. There is still cuticle/skin that needs to be trimmed. Again the edges were not painted and it is clearly evident, especially on my big toes. I wish I could take a pic of my hands too, but difficult to do alone. I paid $95 plus a tip for both techs. VERY dissatisfied and will probably have to go somewhere in the next two days to have them redone right for my granddaughters wedding on Saturday. 😢. ❤️❤️ I was asked to come back in, so I went back on Tuesday, Oct 3. Elysian redid my services and my nails look wonderful. TY for taking the time and caring enough about my satisfaction.

They do a good job every time I go but the the last time I went the design I asked for ended up boosting my price up $35. I didn’t know this until the end. They need to be up front about additional charges if they are being honest nail techs.
