Came in over the weekend and my meal was great like always. After having a bad meal at the north Appleton location I can now say this is the best location in the fox valley. Always friendly and order is always correct. Like any fast food places the quality can very based on employees, thanks to everyone here for the hard work they do every day.

This Hardee's is a hidden gem of Neenah/ Fox Valley. The food is consistently perfect. Even special orders. The people are kind and super personalities. McDonald's could learn a lot from them. But then their food still would suck. Keep it up Hardee's people I appreciate you.

I actually stopped at a different restaurant that is basically in the same parking lot. That restaurant was closing early in a half hour, only the drive-thru was open, they were out of a lot of items and refused to make more, and were so incredibly rude. The reason I’m explaining all of this is I decided to go to Hardee’s. I hadn't eaten all day and I was pretty upset with the competition but Nathan, who took my order at Hardee’s was amazing and brightened my day! He was kind, pleasant, and you could tell customer service is first and foremost in his book!

The old Big Roast beef is not what it used to be? Everything is just average fast food. Miss the Big Delux too! Change isn't always good. Counter Person trying to sell upgrades to the normal combos too?

This place is worth going out of my way for! They have the absolute best hot ham and cheese sandwiches and the best breakfast foods! Prices are a bit steep but worth it. Coupons come in the mail for this place and they help! Good service, fast and friendly!

Absolutely love the food and such great customer service very kind and very helpful. We had a big work truck and trailer and we couldn't fit through drive-thru and the manager opened the lobby for us to come in and order our food!!! Appreciated it so very much! Mariah was amazing 🤩

Still my favorite fast food burger joint by far since the franchise switched to Angus burgers and upped their game from the horsemeat burgers of the early 80s. The only other chain that comes close is Checkers/Rally's but neither are anywhere around the area I roam.

The burger and fries were good, but it took a long time to get served and then for the food to be ready. The price was great, though.
