Do not come here. Worst service I have had in the Fox Valley area. Knew I should of went to the Appleton one near 441. But decided this was closer to work and home so I'll take a chance. I put in a mobile order right after work, thinking it would give me time to get there and it would be ready. Half way on 41, get a notification that my order was ready to be picked up, so I'm half way there, thinking that's great, it'll be there ready and I can be in and out. Get there and the door is closed, so I go thru drive thru. Tell her that I had a mobile order and that the door wasn't open, she gives me a small attitude and says all DOORS stay closed cus there are only 2 workers. So I tell her my mobile order and name, still thinking in my head that this order should be ready cus the app told me it was ready 15mins ago, but NOPE it wasnt. Cashier told me to pull up ahead and wait. But there wasn't any other customers but me, so i dont understand why it wasnt ready in the first place. So i just pull ahead and waited 10mins or so the food finally come out. But no drink, so I said I don't have my drink but the cashier lady was almost all the way in the door and then said I didn't have a drink, but I told her I order a combo meal and ALL combo meals come with a drink. She gave me a attitude and said she need to see my order, so I showed her. She goes back in mouthing off to the other worker. Get my drink, comes back out, give it to me with a straw, but get this, NO LID on cup, but she clearly saw no lid on cup as she had to hand it to me in my car, not a tall truck a small car. Worst service ever and the Double Down tasted weird. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN for good! I will just stick to the KFC off of 441 or the FDL one. No wonder this KFC had no customers.

I nearly want to open my own franchise at this point. The service here is beyond horrible. I was asked to wait 20 minutes before they could take my order. I guess to keep up with compliance. FYI, if you pull up to the drive thru and no one says anything for at least 2 minutes, then drive up and order. It's like they know they're needed to work the job because of the limited workforce. But in reality, they're bringing down business.

We order a 12 piece meal to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and the chicken was burnt. We were all disappointed.

I got two meals, I got a chicken strip box and a 8 piece nuggets. All of the chicken was extremely hard, they forgot the sauces and the French fries tasted like crab. The mashed potatoes and gravy didn't taste right and the coleslaw was warm. We ended up throwing 75% of the food away. I will not go here again.

Wow stop here on way home to try the new BBQ chicken sandwich. Was not good at all chicken tasted like cardboard and fries also and very salty. The best part of the meal was the drink also got a chicken bowl for someone else said it was horrible 3 to four pieces of nuggets in bowl,allot of potatoes though and minimum gravy. This place was empty wouldn't be surprised if go outta business soon. If I could give minus stars I would 3 times I have been there and food is horrible never again I stick to Popeyes

Don't bother stopping. Workers refused to make anymore chicken then they had ready 2 hours to close. I couldn't even get a 8 tender meal because they only had 7 tenders and refused to give me one small thing to make up for it when I was going to spend $30+. Someone needs to open another franchise with real management in the valley so this one can die in peace like it deserves.

Ordered a three piece chicken meal. After a 10 minute wait in the drive through, received my meal only to discover when I got home that I only got a small wing and small drumsticks. No third piece. Told a friend about this and she reported this location was known for it's bad service.

Since the Oshkosh location has been closed, we would always love making the trip here for some KFC. But the last 4 times have been less than ideal. Waited almost 5 minutes before someone answered us at the speaker. Was told there was only original chicken, no biggie. After paying however, we were then told the "oven died" and there would be no biscuits. They gave an entire large mashed potato/gravy which was a nice gesture. The customer service is dreadful, the wait time was questionable, if staffing is a big issue then perhaps it's time to call it quits with this KFC. Overall the food was decent, no complaints, but the entire experience is ruined for me.

Food came out hot and tasty definitely coming back to this location they made sure I had all my sauces with my tenders the restaurant lobby was very well clean

Was able to get to know the staff a little which was a nice conversation. Near closing and everything was being cleaned, put away and shutting things down. We tried a number of different menu items, waffle and chicken, extra spicy and traditional which were all good. Even tried the new Mt Dew which kind of tasted like peach.

I write this to warn the newcomers, the happy and hopefuls of Neenah. This place goes out of its way to demonstrate bad service. I do wonder if someone is actually running it. We stopped by at 630, the intercom did not seem to work so we drive around to see if anyone was there. The server saw me and ignored me for about 45 seconds as he continued to sit atop the counter and converse with his friend. When he felt like it, he motioned to me that they were closed and ignored me again. They are to close at 8pm and it was 630pm. No sign, no nothing. KFC is a family favorite but it's not worth it to have here in Neenah if it's so terribly run. This location should close down and make way for a franchise that will serve the community better.

This locations customer service is terrible. Went here over the summer to pick up an order made at 4pm as was told to come back in half an hour. After the second time of coming back a half hour later they got the order wrong. When we realized it went back to the location and they remade the order. When I arrived home again realized they made the same mistake as the first time so I went back for the 4th time and had to explain to them three times that my eight piece tender had three pieces. Finally got the correct order and ate at almost 7pm. We decided to try them again today and were told they had no original chicken only extra crispy. They refused to substitute or refund my app order and said "its not our fault the app is a third party". Ended up going over to Hardee's next door after no refund or food. We will be calling corporate again on monday.
