We stayed only a month. We had to leave because the owner was not flexible in terms of negotiating. Neighborhood is not good too. Be aware that they charge for electricity and water even if you are not lived in the room in the month. Not good for living. You can find decent places for lower fee in the area if you can do little rrsearch. Overall, highly dissapointed!!!

The owner is the worst human being i have ever met. He doesn't have shred of significance when it comes to interacting with the clients. He still holds my LKR. 10,000.00 as an advance which he refuse to payback even if i didn't stay there for atleast a day. When i try to ask for a refund he gets mad like it was his money. Worst boarding experience i had in my life. Stay away from these kind of people!!!

Im living here almost a year here and I have very good impression about the place and owner (mr.Gamini). He is friendly and good gentleman. Im glad about the freedom,privacy and clam environment of each tenant having here.

Place was quite comfortable and affordable, owner was genuine for those who deal with him in that way, stay there almost 2 years

Worst experience I have came cross.First I checked the room and paid 5000 as advanced before stay. When I came to stay they gave me a another room. That is not the room I have looked for. When I ask about that they told me that you can stay or go. Cant negotiate anything. What a ugly owner and refused to pay back the advance too.Not recommended.

The place was good. It Has a car park as well. If you genuinely treat the place as your own and keep it tidy and clean without any damage, shouldn’t be a problem when you ask for your key money. It wasn’t at least for me.

Place is suitable who prefers low noise environment and easy access location to work places. Great friendly responsive management
