We came with a few kids and they really loved the place. We saw many people have visited the place and it will get busy sometimes shows the popularity among the people. Unfortunately we were told they are not open upstairs for quite some time.

Originally ordered two cups of brewed coffees but were told they were not available. Instead, Americanos were suggested. Bold and rich in flavors. Highly caffeinated. Also ordered a slice of carrot cake. It was stale and practically lost a tooth biting into it. Excellent Wi fi.

The cheesecake tasted like it was standing in the fridge for a while and I ordered vegetarian sandwich. After 20min I asked and of course they forgot. That’s because there were 3 customers here in total but 4 person of staff who were just chatting the whole time!!! And it was not good at all

I went to buy some macaroons. The owner was like I have to order at least 20 if I wanna get it in the color I want. I was like I just need 4 and can’t I just buy 4. He gave the most amazing offer. I have to buy prepackaged macaroons of 5 a pack with five different colors. So I bought 4 packs at 350 rupees each. I hope you guys are happy.

Food is delish. Their shakes are simple but very tasty. They have good cheesecake varieties and many appealing small cake/ puffs that make you definitely wanna try.

How they (2 people at the cashier) treat the customer depend based on the vehicle we travel. Few times we visited there by our car and we had good experience, we visited there again yesterday by our bike and we felt the difference very badly, how they treated us infront of other people. It doesn't matter how good your food is, if customer feels not to stay there because of the behaviours of your staff. Food was neither tasty nor hot yesterday. Not recommend to anyone.

Really dissatisfied about portion size This is first time i order online from Bloo and i will not order from them again. I ordered one piece of cheese cake and i got wonder about portion size. They don't put even tissue or oil paper. I paid Rs. 500 and got less than 2 inches length cheese cake piece in a large box. I have bought from them earlier and piece size was generous. They do reduce piece size when we order online. I never place order online.
