Nice ambiance,friendly and polite staff. No buffet during the pandemic. But they offer some dishes that you can order there. You can have a nice view from the huge glasses.

Very old business class lounge, doesn't really worth paying for BC Service : very minimal. WiFi: strong enough to load articles but not VDO Food: local cousine taste way better than western food. Alcohol: Have a few basic drinks. I have flew BC with UL a few time and just in my recent flight I spotted Roku gin. Toilet: clean but very old Seating : have many sofa but they are not comfortable Sleeping: there is a reclining chair corner but I didn't use.

Very spacious and nice ambience. Lounge overlooking the aerobridge and runway. Clean with many chairs and sofas in the lounge. Good selection of buffet breakfast before 11am. Then they change to lunch menu around 11.10am so we experienced 2 meals. So many choices and we were so full. Their food were delicious and tasty. Great service by staff. There's toilet inside the lounge for easy access.

Good lounge by Srilankan Airlines with Invitation only 🥰👍. Nice staff and different types of food, nice bar counter lots or place to sleep and sitting and more over giving good place for shower . Friendly staff is the main thing. They will call us proper time when gates are open for boarding. 🥰

Excellent experience. Very clean and calm lounge. We really enjoyed. Staffs are Soo polite. Food was Soo delicious especially seafood. Separate area for passengers to have a small nap.

A very disappointing lounge, considering this is the HUB for the airline. There is a variety of seating options, and fantastic views of the apron. The employees here are very friendly. The wifi is a decent speed. The lounge has a shower available, but it doesn’t have hot water. At least during my visit, no hot water came out. The food spread for breakfast was heavily disappointing. It has the exact same spread that the priority pass lounge had. It was not bad, but I’d expect the lounge at the hub of the main airline for the country would do a lot better. This is not a lounge that one would leave early to visit. It would be good as a priority pass lounge, but very disappointing for their main business class lounge.

Like most things related to Sri Lankan Airlines. This lounge has seen better days. It's about time the new owners of Sri Lankan revamp the lounge and make it clean and modern. A real let down compared to the beautiful country.

You don't expect too much In Colombo at the SriLankan Airlines Business lounge - the Serendib Lounge... but I must say it is a very pleasant surprise. Nothing short of five star treatment from the moment you enter it. the buffet had a choice of Sri Lankan food, prepared and served with finesse. You don't go to he bar and pour your own drinks.. barman present who is ever willing to get you the cocktail of your choice. Taking of finesse, how the cheese platter is served with walnuts and prunes - clearly imported into the country- is a lesson that most five star hotels will do well to learn and copy. Even the toothpick is oozing with quality.. have you come across one that does not break in two very rapidly.. this does not.

Dated lounge but staff were still quite friendly. Food options were alright.

Serendib Lounge is a decent lounge.In my perspective, It's very pleasant surprise.The reception and service excellent as all Srilankan hospitality. Friendly staff is the main thing.They have a great food varieties, quite area for a perfect nap, clean shower and toilets.🍽️🍹🥞🥗🍝🧀🍷🥂🍧🧳🛫✈️📸

Fantastic lounge, featuring great food (possibly the best lounge food I've had in 20 years of international travel!), comfortable seating options (including reclining chairs that allowed me to have some sleep through an overnight layover) and friendly service.

It was a quite good experience with high quality meal and nice surrounding.unfortunately spa was closed due to pandemic.highly recommended for everyone to have rest in there and fly again.having friendly staff with nice typical sri lankan smile 😊

Just a lounge on behalf of Srilankan Airlines. Not up to the standards at all. Not enough space. Very crowded in the morning and at night. Food options also very minimal. Needs upgrade in everyway. Almost everything.

Amazing food. Quite room to take a nap. staffs are very kind and always willingly to help you. Overall a great place to enjoy your transit.

Used the shower facility. Costs USD 15 - gives you a dental kit, soap, shower gel, conditioner, towel all packed in a plastic bag. No deodorant/deodorant stick (you can get an antiperspirant roll-on for USD 9 in the duty free place next to Burger King; and the cheapest T-shirt is USD12 in a place next to Palm Strip restaurant.) The shower stalls don't have anyplace to hang a bag. (or did they forget to give a locker key). Could we have a plain deodorant stick in the pack? Cause the one bought has to be discarded before flight. So total USD 36 to freshen up. Was feeling very comfortable but too costly. 😔
