Abusers
are
the
best
way
to
describe
this
team.
A
room
that
was
to
be
available
for
checkin
at
12
PM
was
not
ready
when
I
reached
at
8
PM.
In
false
promises
of
a
5
mins
availability,
they
asked
us
to
pay,
and
after
repeated
queries
the
room
was
not
ready
until
935
pm...
every
time
we
checked
they
said
5
minutes.
When
I
told
them
that
the
room
rather
be
cancelled
since
it
is
of
no
use
to
me
as
most
of
my
family
already
dozed
off
and
used
the
washroom
in
the
other
room
that
we
checkin
to,
they
came
with
illogical
explanations.
I
come
from
a
hotel
background
and
knew
that
the
process
and
reasons
made
no
sense.
The
words,
tone,
reasoning,
hand
gestures
of
the
General
Manager
Sunil
Reddy
was
absolutely
shocking
and
goon-like.
Even
the
entry
level
associates
at
hotels
are
better
taught
how
to
communicate.
This
person
was
so
full
of
himself.
Nowhere
fit
to
be
a
General
manager,
infact
unfit
to
be
anything.
After
his
so
called
show
and
abusing
guests,
who
paid
money,
he
calls
me
at
a
later
time
on
landline
to
say
he
was
sleepy,
that
he
knows
it
was
his
mistake
but
he
cant
refund
the
money
or
cancel
room
as
he
will
have
to
report
his
mistake
to
the
MD.
The
room
that
was
provided
to
us
had
remains
of
shampoo
and
moisturizer
from
previous
guests.
Had
tea
bags
left
in
the
open.
On
checkout,
i
was
supposed
to
get
invoice
of
my
dinner
bill.
The
front
office
staff
kept
me
waiting
for
long
and
later
said
I
can
leave
and
the
invoice
will
be
emailed
to
me.
3
days
now,
and
I
still
dont
have
the
document.
If
I
have
to
ever
visit
Nellore
again,
I
would
prefer
staying
in
the
car
than
go
back
to
the
disastrous
place.
