There is 'mini bar' scam in hotel. please aware of this. Hotel staff don't tell you in advance and they charge 3 times. please don't touch the mini bar items like dry fruits, chocolates, drinks etc.

Extremely disappointed at the service attitude. We were there to grab a bite at 11 am. The reception staff was polite enough to let us know that the breakfast was closed however we could order sandwiches. We agreed and went to the restaurant. The staff directly Said that they cannot serve. When I mentioned that I was informed we could order sandwiches he stared at me like he does not know what I am saying. Then started asking if we have a room . I questioned if it matters as we are paying for it. The staff then asked to sit and we waited for someone to take an order. Another staff member walks up and says the same thing that only sandwiches are available. I repeated I am aware but can you tell us what are the options in Sandwiches he responds veg sandwich from distance and goes to check with someone else. If this is the kind of service attitude that a brand like Minerva has I doubt it we really want to come back or even recommend. We are regulars at the Minerva in Hyderabad and the experience has been very pleasant. Extremely disappointed that my first experience was like this and we left the restaurant without eating with my entire team

Only advantage is location. Worst hotel to stay. They charge too high. Provided 4*6 bed. Never seen hotels providing single 4*6 bed. Too expensive. Food is also expensive. They don't allow outside food. Don't fall in trap with brand name.

Unbelievably great stay experience. Great ambience, spacious imperial room and comforting room service. We had asked for an extra bed, but by the time we went out and came back post dinner, a 3rd single cot and bed was ready. Generally they only give an extra mattress, but this was a pleasant surprise. One thing which could have been better is additional lifts. Because, if there is an event in both convention halls, the lifts are always full, even though they have two (one near each hall).

Good Hotel in Nellore City with Newly Refurbished Rooms and Ambience and Most Importantly Good Restaurant with Very Good Quality Food😃😃😃

1. Good experience having stayed there. 2. Being such a hotel of great name, power interruptions are not handled efficiently. Atleast lighting part should be made automatic. 3. Buffet breakfast was excellent al varieties were served, with good quality and quantity.

We visited the place on our way back to hyderabad and had a normal experience. We ordered varities of prawns, chicken, biryanis, desserts etc. Overall, the food was ok and nothing special compared to other top restaurants. The negative was the ambience. The lighting is too dark and when requested for a better lighting, were informed that they do not have additional lighting (our infant was not at all willing to stay inside the dark ambience). Even more disappointing was there is no AC in the corridor or the baby feeding room. There are no fans either. Not at all exoected from a star restaurant. They should focus on these things for better customer experience.

An elegant place. Had a pleasant stay. Contrary to the usual with all the hotels the food is great both taste and portion wise. The price can be considered reasonable. Just don't expect a view which is the same with any other hotel in Nellore.

Located in the busy center of Nellore. Parking is a bit congested. The hotels as such are nice. The restaurant is ready by 12 pm. Ambience is good. We ordered chapala pulusu with white rice. Roti with Kodi koora and fried piece Kodi palav. Everything is good soft, moderately spicy and well balanced. I would recommend this place in and around Nellore or even passing by. It was worth the diversion and time spent off track.

I stayed in this hotel three different times in the last 4 years. The first time, it was really good. And the next two things the services are good but power circuit issues and also no hot water and also ac is leaking water.

The front desk was too rude and had waited us one hour to check in not a good sign for a star hotel. The Manager was too aggressive and rude. When took outside food to the room the manger’s behaviour was not good with the guest. The food in this hotel was awfully unpleasant like it was taste less. The morning buffet was also not nice the food there was tastelesss overall if ur a Muslim don’t go to this place they are racist definitely. I had an awful experience at this hotel .

A typical 3 star hotel in city center with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. It's a huge property and can easily accommodate travelers along with wedding functions. Staff is polite and friendly however they charge exorbitantly for in room snacks and minibar.

I checked the reviews and I booked the hotel for my parents. The thing is, receptionists are the worst to the core. They are arrogant. We have to follow covid protocols but none of them would follow. I didn't get the logic. And the bathroom is also not good. Worst experience in that hotel. I took the receptionist pic without out mask also just to prove how bad it is.

As usual, we know about the brand. A decent one. But the staff was not cleaning the floor. As it sense, they keep the laundry bag of theirs infront of our room which was smelly. Apart from that a good place to stay

Staff are in silos. They won't help and often not courteous. The manager of banquets is rude and looks down on people. He does not disclose information upfront and changes them as he pleases. The rooms are ok but high price for the room quality. The banquet halls usage is restricted and we are forced to have their food and decoration. So, absolutely no flexibility and ease. The decoration here asks more price(5-10k) more than usual because they have to pay to the hotel. Definitely not a customer first hotel but sycofanatic staff. In the end it's not worth it, not because of the building but the management.

Can't speak about the hotel rooms but the function hall is great. The food at the restaurant is of a good quality and the ambience is top notch. Good place especially for corporate meetings. Parking can be a bit of a hassle sometimes during rush hours.

First I will pen down the negative side. 1.They served me bread that was 15 days old. God only knows whether the food that they serve is fresh or reheated one. The rooms are really overpriced and the premium room only offers a 4x6 bed (for one guest). The staff were very helpful and the included breakfast buffet was good, but it's a lot more expensive than much better hotels in comparable cities.

On paying lunch bill using debit card blue fox restaurant executive will said payment not received . when u show bank statement also they will not return money. Fully cheating at blue fox restaurant in paying bills.

Rooms are good. Tamil channels are very minimal. Front line channels are not available. It would be great if premier tamil channels are added in the list.
