Over all nice collection is maintained here

Expected better but seen the worst. Billing was one of the worst experiences where they make you wait for long time just to verify the payments from their side. Payment is at one location and verification of that payment at another location. Such a waste of time for the customers who pays through card. Staff was lazy and didn’t show the enthusiasm to show the collection to us. The prices were fixed with no bargaining and I expected them to be a little lower as there was no chance of negotiation.

I have visited yesterday day(26-08-2023), the ambiance is good, and number of models are less, sales person's are friendly, and OG(old gold) group people behavior is not good , and there is only one swiping machine, Billings is taking more time, they have to update these.

Keep the customer on the waiting and never comes back and call. I wanted to take a scheme, but they never cared about sharing the details properly and they said they are busy with billing. This happened from magunta layout branch. Employee name: pavan kalyan who showed negligence. kiran Kumar( managing director of lalitha) wants customers and desperately expanding thr branchrs but sales/ billing department are showing negligence towards customers. I am going to choose other jewelry shops in nlr. Thanks God, competitor's are there...

I would like to give zero stars... Customer receiving from male staff is the worst. I had purchased one item but the person who's showing the product is kind of an overacting guy. Not gonna visit again...🙂 Dabbulu vurike ravu...

Very bad experience in Lalitha jewellery because in third floor silver there is no AC working only one fan horrible situation I am very suffocated but the executive name by mamatha service is good...

Good experience in first floor, gold jewellery section and too bad experience in 3rd floor silver section.
