Small Place, less equipment and old. There is Time limit 1hour only. Too cost Not worth for cardio and Strength stuff.(bcoz of small place). Fully crowded. You can't feel good with an hour. After 1hour you want to Go Out, Time Limitation is Senseless. The Machines doesn't work properly.

The best gym in Nellore. I can say this with full authentication because I have been doing since 3 months.Excellent equipment. Trainers are good especially Mr. Prashanth.He gives very good training with full perfection and also keeps personal focus with no extra coston every trainee which I did not find any of the gyms. It is fully equipped with Welcare products which are designed with full perfection. I went so many gyms but here II liked the Trainer who encourages while doing the workouts. Very confidently I say that within a short time we will get good shape of body with muscles. We never disappot that our money will be wasted. Cost also very less if we join annually. Most imporant i ohere ACs and fans are in full working condition. We cannot judge by cover page as others said old equipment. It appears but equipment is perfect. If you join for 1 Month for testing basis, sure you will extend the membership further 1 yr.
