Very bad ....The bed sheets given were not clean . Water bottles were not given. The charging point was enabled only after 1hr . Pick up van was replaced with pick up auto. I wish I could post the photos of those bedsheets that I had snapped. No such option was there ...Lucky guys Edit : I am in a bus now and TV is also not working 😂 screw me The bus was late by 1hr and when passengers are questioning they didn't apologize and instead they are fighting back rudely. This was my worst experience with a sleeper class bus. Last time with Komitla

Worst Service, Worst quality, Behaviour of a employe is very rude and that foolish fellow working for this travels to survive and showing attitude like he is owner and running for free service. (saying why should we give call for passengers, You nasty fellow(that guys) it's your responsibility, you should lern how to behave with passengers. Friends see in mouthshout site for more review how people gave 84% one star rating only for Komitla travels. Think before choosing the right bus/travels. Its my real review not fake, i travelled on bus no AP26TC9431 - I don't know his name and he do call passengers before their stops pickup. Dear Management - Don't delete my comments, lern how to train your employees to get good rating. Thanks for making me to avoid your travels further.

I must say I really liked it. I did 5 trips from vskp to bangalore. Buses were clean, staff was ok. Out of that, they were strictly punctual which other travels dont even think about it. Staff may be rude or unresponsive but they drive in well mannered on roads which is really important factors. I see many travels just ram on to high ways giving no thought about passengers. Yatra/komitla you became my first preference

I Dnt like to give one star also....worste service from komitla staff.nonproper response to customers...I got the bus number which I booked to Bangalore....but they changed the bus number and didn't informed me...and informed me after my boarding time...by the time I call to the bus driver he was 10kms far..I told him to wait 5mibs and didn't waited and I made to chase till 70kms ...and response to worste ...I won't promote this travels..and my suggestion is try other travels than komitla....to have a better journey ...it's my personal advice also

The worst service. Made Bangalore Vizag volo service as goods carrier. Passengers had to keep luggage in path way inside bus. Bus attenders is so rude.
