They refused to go into the shop with chappals. We lost our newly purchased costly chappals. Shop administrators and security persons didnt respond properly. They are very negligent. If they cant secure outside left chappals, Then why compelling customers to leave chappals outside.I dont want to go that shop in future. I also wont recommend others to go that shop. Very very bitter experience.

Doesn’t deserve 1 rating also. Completely cheating. Very cunning management. Bought saree over 13k worth and used once. It was shrinked and took back to the store. They told many stories and said the issue is becoz of ironing the cloth which we didn’t do actually and said they will send to the manufacturer to take decision. After 2 months of continuous follow up, they just did dry wash and given back and said can’t fix the problem and the issue is bcoz of you wear it . Management said can’t resolve the issue and told us many stories.Not at all recommended to anyone. No value to the customer here. Think twice before buying anything here .
