My trainer Amjid bhai takes personal training for each and every one and maintains a good rapo. He helps me in explaining each and every form and exercise. In here I feel it’s my own gym. Good staff and wonderful maintenance

It's nice environment and most friendly gym to work out with some professional training and separate floor for cardio and strength training.also provied guidance to every client.

I am not completely happy with the gym due to heavy flow of people and about the limited space to do workouts and it's taking some waiting time to get cross walk or treadmill and the staff are not active with the clients and equipment and there is some equipment problems like cycling tread mill and having some ventilation problem. I am happy with management because they are trying to organise and coordinate the gym in proper way and Its gonna be good if they plantain some more indore plants in the gym
