Good hospitality and experienced staff. It would be much better if some improvements is done in changing old AC and few other room accessories.

A very nice and clean hotel. Room is very spacious and has all the needed traveller's needs like a kettle, hair-dryer and even a mini fridge. It's close to the airport, about 10 mins, and lots of places to eat as well.

Large clean rooms, super comfortable beds. A bathtub and great shower with lots of hot water! Hotwater boiler and tea/coffee. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. We paid 5000 for a room w/ breakfast included which was a great deal, I think it is off season because normally this hotel would charge more. The menu items are delicious but definitely high priced, what you would expect for luxury hotel. They were able to male me a Latte with coconut cream so I was happy!

It's my first visit to this hotel, everything is fine but the bathroom towels are very bad quality,bathing soap and toothbrush & paste are below the standard. No bodywash and hair shampoo are available.

I like the exterior of hotel and the dining area of the hotel. The exterior reflects the jaipur vibes. I was hoping even the interior would be somewhat of jaipur style but it's okay! The staffs are friendly, and foods are good. The only part I disliked was that they still had that 13% additional vat charges on their food menu! Which they need to get rid of !

Nice hotel, beautiful design and very neat and clean rooms.

Such a good place from the rooms bathrooms and service everything was so good. Definitely need to stay there for someone visiting Nepalgunj.

As far as service is concerned it's is not acceptable that on demanding cold water they just simply said we can't give cold water as it is chargeable ..it is expected if it is a low budget hotel but when you are claiming to be best hotel in Nepalgunj and doing these cheap things which is not expected

Don’t it take high expectations here, they charge double than menu without informing and excused by saying menu price hadn’t been updated and rooms are not clean enough..
