Enjoy coming here but not as great since Tiff left. Her sense of humour and customer service was the best. Why do the best staff always leave?

This is my favorite bottle shop simply because the staff are super friendly and approachable especially Tiffany. A good range of spirits too and the specials are always good. Always stop off on the way home after working around in the estates of Griffin.

Most staff were really nice, but a couple who have served me several times kept asking for ID even tho they had seen it multiple times. Even when staff have said yes I know your over 18 and have seen my licence knowing that I'm nearly 30. Still then refused me if I didn't bring my ID in each time. Staffs response was that they have to see everyone's licence each time , which is a lie because my partner can go up their each time get whatever and has never had to show ID . Not sure if this is a standard that staff knowing your over the age of 18 and still carding you or if it's a power trip thing . I won't be supporting bws griffin again. I'll buy else where

Always providing the goods. All the staff up there are absolutely friendly and helpful especially Jess been there since I've been going.

Love coming here however my partner of 43 years big beautiful kiwi dude...was asked for his ID and one staff member who had her phone out explained she was taking a selfie??? I Could be wrong in saying she is doing a racial profile on my partner! Just wondering if anyone else has had this. Other then that love there service.

Been going here since they opened but won't be going back. No customer service and one of the staff there is rude. Asked if there was any of what I wanted not refrigerated (which I saw in some cartons on the floor near the fridge) but was just told no only refrigerated - didn't even want to check. Will not be returning ever again. Staff at their other stores are helpful but not this one.

Good range, would love to see it improved but understand that there's only so much you can do with a small store. Staff are friendly & the one woman who keeps asking me for ID will keep me coming back hahaha Well played 😜
