A great place with a beautiful sea view. Karlien has a very pleasant way of teaching. Calm, corrects if necessary. You will become happy and relaxed!

If you are traveling, visiting or are living in Nerja I highly recommend Karlien's wonderful yoga classes. With a great combination of relaxing meditation, breathing exercises and energetic asanas. All levels are welcomed and looked after from very new beginners to experienced yoga lovers. The BEST Hatha - Vinyasa !!!

This was hands down the best yoga class I have been to, coming from the the States. Karlien led the class very intentionally and even in the movements, I felt so conscious and present. It was almost as if my body was healing. It was so nice and felt like a true yoga class. She is a world class teacher.

Wonderful yoga classes in a stunning location overlooking the sea. Karlien is an excellent teacher with a wide knowledge yoga. Each class is a perfect balance of exertion and relaxation with the emphasis on breathing and awareness. All classes have a mixed level of abilities from beginner to experienced yogis. Everyone is encouraged to work to their own level and there is no feeling of competition or comparison. Classes are held in both Spanish and English and have people from all over Europe attending. Those new to yoga need not be apprehensive as Karlien's classes are always warm, friendly and welcoming. I always come away from class feeling fantastic. I can't recommend Nerja Yoga highly enough.

I visit Nerja frequently and one of the highlights is knowing I can drop into one of Karlien’s amazing yoga classes. Located really central but away from on the hustle and bustle of town, set against an amazing backdrop of panoramic sea view up on the rooftop. I love Karlien’s bilingual teaching in both Spanish & English, as well as her great choice in music to compliment each session. Highly recommend if you’re looking for some Nerja zen. I can’t wait to return to class this Spring!

I would give more stars if I could. If you are in Nerja and want to go to a wonderful yoga class in the most amazing location contact Karlien and come along. Karlien has trained for many many years and prepares all her classes so they flow in the most calm and relaxing way. If you have any injuries or limitations she offers alternative positions that work for you and your body. The classes are held outside and as you relax into the meditation at the end of the class, with the sounds of the sea at your side there is no better place to be.

Really enjoyed this yoga class while holidaying in Nerja. Would recommend. Karlien is so welcoming, engaging and friendly. The location on the rooftop is fabulous and the practise is so revitalising and energetic, yet calm and flowing. Wish I could stay and go to more classes. Will definitely be back. Karlien also speaks fluently in both English and Spanish which adds a lovely, authentic atmosphere to the class.

Thanks Karlien for the great yoga classes that I attended while staying in Nerja! If only for the fantastic view from the rooftop on the 'Balcón' the classes would be worthwhile. Karlien instructs in Spanish as well as in English.

Yoga with Karlien at this amazing location it’s definitely the best start or end of the day that you can give yourself. She offers such a wide variety of classes keeping her pupils always curious and excited about next class. The yoga and the location makes it a magic experience.

Yoga with Karlien at the rooftop right next to the sea is a very special and unique experience I would recommend from the bottom of my heart.
