Finger Weg Preise Andere auf Schilder wie bei Die Kasse Die Stellvertretende Leiterin war sehr unfreundlich. Laut Stellvertreter Leiterin : „Kunden sollen immer Preise selbst prüfen an die Kasse weil Action ist nicht verpflichtet aktuelle Preise in Geschäft bei Produkten Hängen“ Andere Mitarbeiter war sehr net und Professionell.

An der Kasse werden Kunden von einem bestimmten Mitarbeiter auf unhöflicher Weise behandelt. Beim ersten Mal wurde ein Auge zugedrückt,weil man dachte, dass es der Stress ist. Beim zweiten Einkauf, sah man wieder dasselbe Benehmen wie zuvor. Der Mitarbeiter wurde an der Kasse darauf hingewiesen aber leider wollte er nicht darüber diskutieren und rief eine andere Mitarbeiterin dazu. Ob man es unhöflich nennen mag oder eher doch eine rassistische Absicht... Schade!!!

I had the worstt experience ever. Staff was the worst i ve ever met. I bought 1 thing with 3.99 euros and I go to pay. And that young lady on the cashier desk, I don' t know maybe she was soo lost because they had to close the store, she made me experience the worst experience a client can prove in a market. Ok i gave her 5 euros because i had 3 euros in my wallet but no 1 euro more so i gave her my 5 euros, i don t speek german ok i am just a tourist and she ask me *kleingeld" I understood that meant some small change and sad yess and she asked me if I had 1 cent i had it so I showed her my 1 cent and this is ok and then she asked me for 1 euro i sad yes I put out my wallet my 1 euro i already had there and she told me ok and give me the receipt and sad me goodbye. I WAS SHOCKED i told her you didn t give me my change back, there was one dude who was part of the staff and he said oh yeah she gace you the change. Mee shocked get out of the store but just 1 second to understand the situation and come immediatly back and asked to talk in english theyy continued speaking german and told me that the lady had asked me if she gaave to me the change of 1 euro and i showed the 1 euro she had given to mee so I tried to explain oh no but I didn t understood this were my money she asked me for small changes but she dind t gave me nothingg backk. They told me i ve forgotten and nothingg they did nt ecenn control or doo anything to look if they were wrong ok is just one euro butt i don t want to buy nothing in this country anymore if they have staff like this. TO SUM UP SHE ASKED ME FOR SMALL CHANGES AND ASKED ME IF I HAD 1 CENT AND 1 EURO I SAID YES AND SAID TO ME GOODBYE U ALREADY HAVE THE CHANGE I HAVE TO GIVE YOU SO WE ARE OK!!!! SHAME IT S JUST 1 EURO BUT ITS A SHAMEE

Bei Action ist ein Einkauf immer interessant... Es findet sich immer etwas, was man sonst nicht so günstig findet. Es war Samstag und sehr voll, aber an der Kasse ging es trotzdem schnell.

Schöne Filiale im Ringcenter Offenbach , man findet viele Verschiedene produkte auch zum Aktionspreis das Sortiment ist sehr umfangreich man findet quasi alles was man sucht , eine kleine Wartezeit an der kasse läst sich nicht vermeiden da top Standort im ringcenter , auch positiv ist natürlich das man genug parkplätze vor der Tür hat, für Schnäppchenjäger ist immer wieder etwas dabei im laden
