THE worst Decathlon I’ve ever been. All shoes with mixed sizes, clothes is not where it supposed to be, employees are very busy and don’t answer the questions. It is absolutely impossible to find something you came for. And always total MESS in the shop. You can see it on the photos - where should dance wear is the shoes, etc.

Large and well assorted Decathlon in central location...

If you know what you will but it's okay, classic Decathlon. However to ask something is really hard, you can't find someone who can help you.

I did a claim becasue the quality of the product, and the children staff did not understand, they just said st4p1d things. I left that cr4p over the counter. I just need my money back...

Very few stuff, the shop manager refuses to support on a purchase while he does not seem to have other things to do. No price tag on sale clothes. I have never seen a Decathlon like this before. Looks like they are just shooting down the shop.

Good collection. Friendly staff. One downside, without being disrespectful - one of the staff (bike section) has a hygiene issue. Everytime we visit, we felt his body odour was unbearable.

Worst decathlon experience 20 years. Just a waste of time.

Rude and incompetent service. I wanted to try the inline skates which were chained to each other, asked to separate them since it is dangerous to stand on those and skate. Was said they won't do it. Apparently customers should be breaking their heads and limbs trying to find out whether the inliners are good to buy. Pathetic.

9 euros for Normal repair (will be added to the queue of repairs already in shop, has waiting time). 15 euros for Express repair (done then and there)

Very convenient to reach and has a decent collection for all sports but the best part is service and especially in the bike shop. The guy at the bike shop went beyond to make my day - a REAL GEM of an employee. I had a flat tyre and really needed to get my bike fixed immediately for an outing on my wife’s birthday (which was the next day). He understood the situation and made a exception to fix it within 20 mins rather than following the standard SLA of 2 days. Top Service!!

Such a good store for anything you need that is sports related. Clothes, equipment and accessories. The staff is very friendly and helpful even if you don't speak German. Good prices and options for women, men and kids.

Not enough choice, honestly. Some of the female shoes not present at all - half empty space, or only one number of the certain model. Hiking shirts, pants also small choice. Practicing equipment available upstairs.

really bad service at a very chaotic store with items and sizes all over the place and a very distinctive smell of plastic. the quick self-checkouts that scan your purchase automatically were the only thing that brought some relief to this uncomfortable experience.

Your place to be if you want any sporting goods. The staff are very helpful and will inform you of the availability of any products.

Really nice place with lots of winter clothes. All the staff speaks fantastic english and ready to help. It is very near to Munich main train station.

Wie immer top. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Filialen OEZ und im Nordosten sind größer. Die Filialen haben unterschiedliche Sortimente, also vorher nachsehen wo etwas vorrätig ist. Filiallieferung ist aber kein Problem

Sehr gute Auswahl, hilfreiches und entgegenkommendes Personal, TOP Service. Außerdem hervorzuheben ist die überragend gute Erreichbarkeit direkt am Hbf. Gerne komme ich wieder für den nächsten Sport-Einkauf 👋.

Decathlon is always great and specifically in this store they have colleagues speaking different languages, which makes it much nicer

Click&Collect should not take longer than three days to have an available bike ready. Sorry guys, then don't offer this stuff online as if it is that easy!

Medium sized decathlon, very friendly staff. However, due to proximity to central station, it's overrun by people, hence half the shelves are in constant disarray/out of stock...

One can always find something to purchase at Decathlon. Whether needed or not. At the very minimum, it's fun to browse the shop at least.

Good and well maintained Decathlon branch but it is hard to find stocks of the popular products, since it is nearby Hauptbahnhof.

Got my triban 120 bike from here. Staff are ever helpful. Main highlight on 12th Aug 2021 after 3 weeks getting my bike. Needed a service on the back wheel & got a great assistance from service staff Matthias.

So many options for activity stuff. It has two floors. It's wheel chair accessible. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They speak English. There are both billing counters and auto checkout (if you want to do it yourself). The auto checkout has scanners which accept payback. This branch does minor bike services.

We purchased a bike very late hour, almost closing time. The staff is very patient and helpful. Definitely recommend this store.

I got my first bike in Munich from here along with some basic accessories. Pricing is very competitive compared to local shops. I had placed the order online. Once I reached, I showed them the pick-up confirmation and my identity document for verification at the "Click and collect" information desk - located next to the entrance. They already had it ready and in no time I was riding it back home. I have been a Decathlon customer for long time in my home country India, and I am equally satisfied here too. This store is huge, with two levels. I could easily find all I was looking for. One could also check online for availability of a specific item in this store. The bike service-station is also in here at the ground floor. The staffs are friendly, helpful and speaks English.

Big sport store with large choice but oft missing sizes but it is more expensive then in Decathlon stores in France. Large selection for workout at home stuff. Good cash registers. These self service checkouts use RFID tags to detect the products you put in and you have your invoice so rapidly without human support. Toilets available upstairs but not so clean.

Very easy to reach location, could find most of the products, self checkout was available. The only catch is finding the entry to the building.

The department is big and it has a large collection from sports to outdoors The interesting thing for me is that sometimes it turns into kids scooter playground 😁
