    Very good service, I had a problem with my van, but they fixed it very fast. When they find out that the courier service can’t bring parts which was necesary for my car, at the same day, they drove to take them by themselvs to Koblenz! Everybody was very very friendly and proffesional. They stays at work even larger than their shifts was, to fix my car at the same day! I’m driving a cargo van and I’ve visited many services within all europe and honestly I can say, that thisone is definetely the best in europe! Thank’s for everything guys!

    I don't know if it's the fact that I don't speak German or that foreign customers get especially bad customer service. Rarely getting responses from van dealer to Emails, even when written in German. Slow follow up. Vehicle bought for precise professional activity, dealer didn't seem to be very interested thus not explaining all important details such as van utility registration, therefore not possible to use vehicule for my business.

    Went there many times trying to find a van. The specifications and prices for most cars on display are unavailable and take ages to be prepared and put in the car so that buyers can see them (had this experience each time and we regularly visit the place). You have to ask and spend time getting info about each vehicle - why can't the specs be printed and listed in the car, since they are available? (they are available when we ask) I have never seen this anywhere else, to be honest. This is very impractical and not sure what is taking so long. Please improve this!

    Wenn man für ne Rückleuchte wechsel 4 Stunden Warten muss, finde ich nicht Kundenfreundlich auch wenn weniger Mechaniker da sind. Aber man kann ja keine Geld verdienen wenn es ja Garantie ist und somit den Fahrer einfach in die Ecke stellen und warten lassen.
