Ich habe über Monate lang dieselbe antibiotische Salbe erhalten, obwohl diese keine Wirkung hatte. Man hätte auch Tabletten verschreiben können. Hr. Dr. Häfele konnte man nie erreichen, bzw. die beiden älteren Damen versuchen mit allen Mitteln das Patient Arzt Gespräch zu unterbinden mit dummen Ausreden, die Praxis wäre voll. Mir wurde gesagt, ich soll am nächsten Tag um eine bestimmte Uhrzeit kommen um mit dem Arzt zu reden. Ich wurde dann wien kleines Kind wieder weggeschickt, weil der Patientenandrang wohl groß war an dem Tag. Bei einem akuten Fall wollte ich nur 2 Minuten mit Hr. Dr. Häfele reden, er hat mich nicht angenommen, obwohl ich ihn im Flur höflich darum gebeten hab. Super freundlich, sehr aufmerksam äußerst kompetent und sehr empathisch war Dr. Häfele. Ich hatte quasi keine Wartezeit. Das Personal am Empfang war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Mein Fazit: Ein tolle Praxis und ein sehr empfehlenswerter Arzt.

Dr.Häfele kümmert sich super um einen. Er hört genau zu und interessiert sich für seine Patienten. Und das Team der Arzthelferinnen ist einfach toll. Alle Mitarbeiter dieser Praxis sind sehr kompetent und freundlich. Auch wenn es eine Arztpraxis ist, wir gehen gerne dort hin.

EE,9.Nov.2022 Herr Doktor Keller hat für seine fachliche u.freundliche Art eigentlich eine gute Bewertung verdient.Anscheinend aber weiss er nicht,was eine Türe weiter "geleistet"wird. Dort wurde am 3.Aug.2022 einen Katheter (Ablaufschlauch wegen verengter Prostata=90 % aller Männer bekommen vorübergehend Probleme) gelegt.Dieser wurde nur soweit eingeschoben,sodass er ca.12cm bis zum Anschluss eines Hahns herausschaute,(zu wenig eingeschoben).Die Frau hatte dann den Ballon aufgepumpt.Am Abend platzte der Ballon zu Hause beim Gehen.Die Folge waren Schmerzen und über 2 Tage Blutungen,weil der Ballon nicht in der Blase wohin er eingeschoben gehörte,sondern noch ca.in der Prostata fixiert wurde wo der Platzer Schaden verursachte. Dies alles geschildert und um Rückruf durch Dr.Keller gebeten,blieb fruchtlos.Am 8.8.22 habe ich das Problem schriftlich geschildert (1A4-Blatt) ,persönlich dort abgegeben weil ich telefonisch so gut wie nicht durchkam und hatte nochmals um Rückruf gebeten-Vergebens. Eine ca.60 jährige Frau am Empfang (abweisend) hat den Brief möglicherweise nicht weitergegeben und gemeint,dass es eben ab und zu vorkäme dass ein Ballon platze.... Diese Zustände hat der Arzt zu verantworten und sollte keine verdrehten Erklärungen in einer Gegendarstellung von sich geben.Besser wäre hier,an ein Schmerzensgeld zu denken wenn eine Entschuldigung so schwer fällt. Der einzige Besuch dort mit einer üblichen Erst-Untersuchung habe ich mit über 550,-Euro teils selbst bezahlt.Einen Teil bezahlte die (Privat-)Versicherung nicht,da teils über den 2,3-fach versicherten Wert berechnet wurde. Über einen Bekannten aus Mannheim hatte ich einen Urologen in der Rich.Wagnerstrasse (MA) empfohlen bekommen. Eine Operation (75% der Männer müssen damit rechnen) habe ich in der richtigen Klinik mit guten Ärzten bereits hinter mir. Achtet darauf,dass der Schlauch beinahe komplett eingeschoben wurde,bevor er geblockt wird,danach kann der Schlauch ein paar cm herausgezogen werden bis der Ballon am Blasenausgang ansteht.Lässt sich der Schlauch im vorher eingespritzten Gel nicht vor-und zurückschieben wie bei mir,stimmt was nicht.Danach wusste ich dies...
