    A woman collapsed in the foyer and they didn't want to help her because she could have had Corona. The entire staff then insulted the patients, including their children. At first I thought I was in the middle of life. The doctors and staff don't seem to want to help the patients, I've never experienced anything like that in my life. I would advise against a visit and would rather get high on painkillers than set foot in the practice.

    When you are saying "Notfall" you should respect the name as well. Went there with my sister who was having cough, high fever, Throat pain and breathing problem. First thing they did was to take the insurance card so that they can get the money from Insurance. After that, we waiting for 70 minutes before the doctor (the most incompetent doctor who gave us wrong diagnosis and medication) see my sister. Also, we saw the doctor walking, talking with colleagues and doing nothing while my sister was in pain. Really disappointing and would recommend everyone, please dont rely on the word "Notfall", its just Praxis Düsseldorf.

    People here scream at patients and treat them like trash. Especially the old front lady that wears glasses and is a senior nurse; she is very disrespectful to everyone and almost hits a patient because they can't speak the language. The atrocities of the patient treatment here put this hospital back in 1945 when humans didn't worth anything to them. It is very offensive to see this in our time and to know that people here are only looking for help since they are sick. As a doctor that travels, please do not come into this place; search for somewhere that they know how to treat human beings and make them healthy without mistreatment and yelling in front of everyone. You folks that work here... You are a disgrace to the international healthcare community!! Shame on you, people!

    Brought my daughter there because she was experiencing eye pain. We waited for one hour to see a doctor, he did not even look at her eyes and asked me to give her paracetamol. Nurse kept shouting angrily at my daughter. Very horrible experience!

    Several weeks ago (22.12) I was in this hospital with my wife. After 2 hours of waiting and doctor meeting we ve got some recipe from doctor he also said that we needed to go to the other cabinet, but we didn't understand this in german. We came to lobby with registration windows and asked two girls there to help us and tell what to do. They behaved disgustingly and aggressively, and repeated several times to us that `we can talk to them only in german`. We were really crushed and shoked because after two hours spent there we didn't get any information about the desease and now they humiliated us because we can't speak and understand german on a good level. After we tried to show them that there were some information on the recipe that we should go to other doctor probably, one of them just told us that we should go home! I really do not expect and refuse to understand such behavior. It is disrespectdul, not professional and they should not be allowed to help any person in their live. Thing number two - we sat there with the girl with swollen leg, and in biggest hospital in dusseldorf they do not have any ice or cold water! Nurse just said, you see everyone is busy and then sat in registration window with other girl. Afterwards I went to buy bottle of cold water to help her. Hope that someone from that place will read this message and will try to contact me, because people go in such places, seeking for help and get such treatment.

    Today I was there with my significant other as support. The reception staff sent me as a person in a wheelchair to the door in an electric vehicle in the heat, even though I was a companion. What was going on with them who didn't sleep well or what, sorry, the load was really hard for my caregiver there to fight back I sat and had to wait, they sent me out, grab your head and think about whether the behavior is okay, the staff should be trained again, next time I'll be with their boss, let's see who will be fired immediately, rude, inhumane

    Today in the emergency room to change the bandages, very friendly lady at reception, it was clearly stated to wait IN FRONT of the door... Doctor took enough time and gave a few tips. Was finished in less than 30 minutes, thanks everyone.

    At 19:30 00 my wife’s was in this hospital for backspin she was waiting for 2 hours and at the end doctor was giving injection directly in the back in stand up Position with any consultation and she feels more sick then before . Without any rest after injection he said like please take your stuff and go because I have other pacient! Shame off the doctor and shame to all hospital !!!

    I was there with my mother on Easter Sunday. She had injured her arm joint. When she had registered and was supposed to go through to the doctor, she called me to come with her. When I wanted to go through to my mother, the receptionist told me in a very rude manner that I should leave the hospital. This emergency practice is a mess. The doctor suggested that my mother go to another hospital because the X-ray department at EvK was severely overloaded. She did this.

    From the moment it starts in the morning, the waiting area is full and there is a queue of people waiting in front of the door. Nevertheless, work was carried out very quickly at the reception, things moved quickly and you were redirected to the appropriate waiting area. Good organization! Just note: start NO LONGER at 8 a.m. but at 9 a.m.! We received competent and friendly help. Thanks

    Came in 2022, around 23:30 with an 8 months old baby with fever and vomiting. The triage was fast, but the initial tests were a bit disturbing for my baby. The nurses were not able to find his veins (I get it, they are really small, but still...), so they insisted with those needles in multiple places on his tiny body and tried over and over again, multiple nurses, until one managed. He was bruised in a couple of places for few weeks after. Then we had to wait in the check-up room until the results were ready. There was no place for me to sit and nurse him, so I held him in my arms and nursed him while standing upright until almost 3:30 in the morning when finally a nurse came with the results. Turned out he was Covid positive. From this point forward, our experience changed dramatically for the best. They admitted us in isolation, treated my baby, checking up on him every 20 min for hours on end, until his temperature dropped. The staff was really nice, caring and empathic. They offered us everything we needed, from diapers and baby food, up to a phone charging cable as I was totally unprepared for this and couldn't reach my husband who was not allowed to enter the hospital (due to covid restrictions). They were always smiling and trying to make my baby feel better and reassure me he will be fine as he is on good hands. Great human beings, from the pediatrician, up to the person bringing your food. Maybe we were lucky to meet just the right people there, but I am grateful for everything they have done for my little sunshine.

    The older lady at reception doesn't work at all. Plays boss and is cheeky, according to the motto: You can wait until tomorrow and go to the pediatrician. 3-4 hours waiting time. But the doctor who treated me was competent and nice.

    The staff at reception, especially the lady who acts as the "boss" there, is absolutely unfriendly, lacks empathy, has a very negative attitude towards children and is very arrogant. If there was an alternative, I would never go there again in an emergency. Certain discussions, instructions and comments are simply out of place when concerned parents with young children (2 years old) seek help from this practice. Everything else was very good and that's the main thing. The doctor was very patient with our crying child and took her time. All necessary examinations have been carried out.

    Really nice nurses and doctors, me, my mother and my sister went to this hospital because my sisters hand was broken they took her id and immediately called our name and told us where to go the doctor was really nice to my little sister and made her a balloon and the nurse that put a arm cast on my sister was really kind and played with my little sister but the thing that I didn’t like was where me and my mother forgot where to go so we asked a nurse at the desk and she started screaming at us that we are at the wrong building
