After much hesitation, I went to the practice on February 14, 2023 for the Hylase treatment (swollen eyelid for 5 years!). Great success was already visible after the first treatment. A second follow-up treatment (included in the price) a week later made the result perfect. The swelling has completely disappeared! Thank you so much!! I also have to mention positively that the doctor really took her time and I didn't have to wait long in the practice. 5 stars are still not enough.

A reputable person will also advise patients against treatments that they feel are necessary, which is particularly important for young patients. I would have wanted that from my old therapist too. Anyone who would like serious advice is in good hands with Ms. Hildebrand. I can't say anything about the treatment, but the other reports are quite positive.

Seit Jahren bin ich Patient in der Praxis und sehr zufrieden. Leider fällt jetzt eine Ärztin aus, die sehr auf die individuellen Wünsche eingegangen ist. Wenn man über Jahre Erfahrungen, auch in anderen Praxen gesammelt hat, weiß man ziemlich genau was nicht geht und was der Arzt oder Ärztin vermeiden sollte. Vor längerer Zeit war ich bei einer Kollegin meiner Ärztin in der Praxis, weil meine behandelnde Ärztin nicht da war. Das ist nicht gut gelaufen, die Ärztin war sehr nett, aber wollte nur das machen, was sie schön fand. Das PraxisTeam ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber ist fachlich mit den unterschiedlichen Auffassungen der behandelnden Ärzte nicht gut vertraut. Bei Nachfrage zu welchem Arzt/in man jetzt am besten geht, kommt die Aussage, dass alle ALLES machen und es keine Unterschiede in der Behandlung gibt. Jeder Arzt oder Ärztin hat Spezialgebiete die er/sie besonders beherrscht oder auch nicht gerne macht. Das ist in anderen Praxen auch so. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn sich die Ärzte mit dem Praxisteam mal zusammensetzen und Vorlieben und Stärken besprechen würden. Als Patient/in ist man sonst geneigt, gleich die Praxis zu wechseln, was man eigentlich nicht will.

Seit Jahren eine Freude für mich: Freundlich, persönlich, zuverlässig, wirksam, rasch und ohne Komplikationen. Frau Hildebrand und Frau Paschenko kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Ich wurde bei Dr. Lorena Hierner vorstellig wegen meiner beginnenden Hängebäckchen. Da mir ein natürliches Aussehen wirklich sehr wichtig ist, kam eine Hyaluronsäure-Unterspritzung der Jawline für mich nicht in Frage. Zu meiner Überraschung riet mir Dr. Lorena Hierner auch davon ab - was mich positiv überraschte. Die meisten Ärzte in anderen Praxen unterspritzen inflationär mit Hyaluron was meistens maskenhaft aussieht. Sie jedoch riet mir zu einer Sculptra-Behandlung. Ich bin ehrlich, ich war mehr als skeptisch, aber ich vertraute auf Frau Hierner und ließ die Behandlung durchführen. Bisher habe ich 2 Behandlungen gehabt. Zu meiner großen Überraschung konnte ich eine erste sichtbare Verbesserung nach etwa 3 Wochen feststellen. Nach der 2. Behandlung sehe ich eine weitere große Verbesserung. Ich bin wirklich begeistert und werde wohl noch 1-2 weitere Behandlungen buchen, sofern sie es mir erlaubt und es Sinn macht. Das hätte ich wirklich niemals erwartet, dass ein solches Ergebnis - und dann auch noch so natürlich - möglich ist. Die Behandlung ist wirklich sehr gut auszuhalten und Frau Dr. Hierner nimmt sich sehr viel Zeit. Ich fühle mich sehr gut beraten und aufgehoben. Danke für diese tolle Arbeit!

Ich habe schon vor Jahren eine positive Rezension da gelassen, aber nach all der Zeit möchte ich meinen guten Eindruck bekräftigen. Frau Hildebrandt ist erfahren, immer freundlich und rücksichtsvoll sowie kompetent. Sie geht auf die Wünsche der Patienten ein, gibt aber auch ihre fachliche Meinung, der ich bislang immer mit gutem Gewissen gefolgt bin. Sie hat ein Auge für Ästhetik und legt Wert auf ein natürliches Ergebnis. Selten findet man jemanden, der einem vor "zu viel filler" warnt. Damit ist sie Gold wert. Inzwischen wohne ich in Hamburg und trotzdem fahre ich regelmäßig nach Düsseldorf, um mich von ihr behandeln zu lassen! 1A!

I was approached by Dr. Sandman treated. It was a pleasant situation throughout. I was given detailed advice and informed about the risks. I had Ms. Sandmann treat me for the first time in December 2022. The result was a realization for me personally. Never again without it xD Even the asymmetry of my eyebrows was corrected upon request. I have since had a second treatment. Regarding my second treatment, Dr. Sandmann responded to me individually. She also advised me against treatments in which I had merely shown interest: “That is far from necessary in your case, you have good genes!” You can do it at some point, (mentioned options) until then you still have a lot of time!” that seemed very authentic and likeable to me. Because of these positive experiences, I will continue to be Dr. Terminate Sandman. Overall impression of the practice: friendly, very clean and flexible.

I have been treated several times in the old town practice in Düsseldorf. Both from Ms. Hildebrandt 1x and from Ms. Paschenko. The entire team is very friendly! I always get good advice. As a rule, you get appointments promptly and there are hardly any waiting times in the practice. I have ALWAYS been very happy with my results so far. Ms. Paschenko is more in favor of less being more and if any wishes remain unfulfilled, you will receive a check-up appointment immediately after 14 days. I also recommended friends to others and still do so today when I'm asked where I'm going.
