I felt very well looked after at Care Vision. The information from the first appointment through to aftercare was simply perfect. Everyone was very friendly and did their job professionally!! The operation went very smoothly, safely and without any problems. I would go to Care Vision again at any time and definitely recommend them.

I had the lens implantation at Care Vision in Düsseldorf on December 7th and 8th and I have to say that I am so thrilled. The whole team was very nice and friendly. I wasn't even excited myself. The two surgeries went wonderfully. I never had any pain and could actually see perfectly straight away. The bad thing is that I didn't have this done years ago 😄. The added value without contact lenses is simply great. My special thanks go to the ophthalmologist Raque Socia who carried out the two operations. She was very nice before and after the operations and took a lot of time to check everything immediately after the operations. I can only recommend Care Vision Düsseldorf and would do the operations again at any time. I'm actually terrible when it comes to surgeries and doctors, but the team took my nerves away with their demeanor. Thank you again 😀😀😀😀

Ich habe meine Augen vor 4 Monaten bei Care Vision in Düsseldorf lasern lassen. Ich hatte auf beiden Augen -6,25 Dioptrien und habe aufgrund meiner zu dünnen Hornhaut die PRK Methode bekommen. Die ersten 3 Tage haben meine Augen sehr stark getränt (ist normal), Schmerzen hatte ich dank Paracetamol so gut wie keine. Ich konnte sofort nach der OP scharf sehen, in den ersten Tagen danach hat die Sehfähigkeit zwar noch geschwankt, aber bereits nach 2 Wochen hatte ich eine Sehfähigkeit von 100% und sehe jetzt einfach glasklar! Alles komplett scharf! Trockene Augen habe ich nur morgens direkt nach dem Aufwachen (dann nehme ich die Augentropfen mit den künstlichen Tränen), merke aber dass auch das langsam zurückgeht. Ich bin so froh mich getraut zu haben und würde es immer wieder tun. Das Team in Düsseldorf ist sehr kompetent und nett, ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt! Klare Empfehlung! ☺️

Had the femto-op 2 days ago. Mr. Al Samman is a super sensitive and courteous doctor. Exudes a calm, unbelievable. In this way, he accompanied me through my nervousness. After 22 years I am now glasses free, my vision is 110% after the first check. I'm super happy with the result and am looking forward to the next check-ups. Everything else went super smoothly, the entire team is nice. Ambiance is also very cozy and modern. Recommend it to everyone and Mr Al Samman!

It's been a good 10 days since my Femto-LASIK. I must say. Fantastic result. The operation was completely painless. I could see well just a few hours after the operation. The next day the feeling of a foreign body in the eye was almost gone and the vision was at 125%... then a week later it was at 160%. The staff is very friendly. I'm excited to see what the 3-month follow-up appointment looks like :)

Exactly a week ago I had artificial lenses implanted at CARE Vision Düsseldorf. It's about replacing your own lens with a multifocal artificial lens MIOL. I came to Care Vision in Bonn 6 weeks ago with -6.25 diopters in both eyes and with the additional onset of presbyopia of +1.25. The operations on two consecutive days in Düsseldorf were very uncomplicated and painless. I could immediately see much better and drive a car on the third day. I was able to walk straight away without a bandage. The eye continued to water a little for about 3 hours and then it calmed down. It was like a miracle. I'm thrilled and I'm getting used to this happiness every day. It was worth every penny! I can now read really well, play the piano and the image in the distance is simply fantastic, razor-sharp and colorful. Unfortunately I also have the hellos, but they don't particularly bother me and they have become smaller. No double vision or flickering as some report. I felt very well looked after at Care Vision and can warmly recommend this clinic with a very clear conscience!

I had my eyes lasered at Carevision a few years ago and was initially satisfied, but unfortunately my eyes are really bad again. Unfortunately, I'm waiting until today for multiple requests for feedback and another laser treatment. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Carevision. I spent a lot of money considering my circumstances and unfortunately my dream was destroyed!

Should’ve had this operation done ages ago. Everything here was very clean, efficient and professional. Very happy with the results. Would definitely recommend them.

Unorganized, long waiting, unfriendly

I had my eyes lasered at Care Vision in Düsseldorf on February 22, 2024. The preliminary discussion took place a week before. All the employees were very friendly. The doctor explained everything to me in detail before the operation and I had enough time to ask questions. The operation itself went very quickly and every step was explained to me so that I always knew what was being done. I had Femto-Lasik applied. Apart from the suction ring, which is briefly placed on the eyes (this was a bit uncomfortable), I didn't notice anything of the procedure. I had no pain. There is a brief burning smell when lasering, but that's it. After the operation I could immediately see the clock on the wall. A little later the eyes began to tear and burned a little. After about three to four hours (during which I kept my eyes mostly closed) the burning sensation was gone and I could see very well. The next day at the follow-up examination I still didn't have 100% vision, which initially worried me a bit. But I was allowed to drive again immediately. Yesterday I had my second follow-up and I now have 120% vision and feel great. My initial values ​​were around -6 diopters in both eyes. The waiting times for all examinations and the procedure itself were very short. I have always felt very comfortable and can fully recommend Care Vision. I would have the procedure done again at any time, it is simply an indescribable feeling to be able to see without glasses/contact lenses again. The price is also more than justified for the newfound quality of life. All I can say is: THANK YOU Care Vision!

Ich bin einfach nur begeistert! Mir wurden vorgestern und gestern ICL Linsen in Düsseldorf implantiert. Dr. Schedler und das gesamte Team waren unglaublich freundlich, genau wie die Mitarbeitenden in Köln und Bonn, bei denen ich zur Voruntersuchung war. Insbesondere Frau Scherer gibt einem schon an der Anmeldung das Gefühl gut aufgehoben zu sein und nimmt einem wirklich viel Nervosität. Das Ergebnis der OP spricht jetzt schon für sich. Seit der ersten Klasse habe ich eine Brille getragen und schon mit -2 Dioptrien gestartet. Ich vermute, dass ich mein Leben lang also schon kurzsichtig war. Zuletzt hatte ich etwa -10 und -11,5 Dioptrien und eine Hornhautverkrümmung auf beiden Augen, Glasbaustein-artige Brillengläser und extrem trockene Augen durch die Kontaktlinsen. Am Donnerstag wurde daher mein rechtes Auge operiert, am Freitag das linke und heute (Samstag) wurde bei der Nachuntersuchung 120% Sehkraft gemessen (mit meiner Glasbaustein-Brille waren es gerade mal 95%). Schon wenige Stunden nach der jeweiligen OP konnte ich alles scharf sehen. Der Eingriff hat jeweils etwa 10-15 Minuten gedauert, ich war dabei wach (für mich war das sehr spannend, da ich als OP-Schwester bisher nur die andere Seite eines solchen Eingriffs kannte) und dank betäubender Augentropfen war das „schlimmste“ ein etwas unangenehmer, aber durchaus erträglicher Druck am Auge. Danach hatte ich eine leichte Druckempfindlichkeit am Auge und für ein paar Stunden ein Fremdkörpergefühl, so als hätte ich eine Wimper im Auge. Also alles wirklich gut aushaltbar. Mein Fazit bisher: zwar kann ich noch keine Langzeiteinschätzung geben, aber bisher bin ich zu 120% (wie meine jetzige Sehkraft) zufrieden! Hier erwartet einen ein tolles Team, das großartige Arbeit leistet. Diese OP ist wirklich jeden Cent wert. Vielen Dank dafür!

I am absolutely satisfied in every respect. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right. No long waiting times, free water in the waiting room, state-of-the-art facilities. And most importantly... incredible results. I had -7 diopter myopia and had 120% vision just one day after the laser treatment. I can recommend it to everybody!

Great practice. Very nice team. Very competent doctors. A very modern and clean practice. I had laser eye correction done in January. In advance, I was able to easily discuss any open questions with an employee from home via video call and received all the necessary information. An appointment for a “preliminary discussion” was then made within a week. There I also spoke directly to the doctor who then treated me. An appointment was then made for the procedure. This was also possible within a week. No long waiting times. I received excellent advice and felt very comfortable. The “most expensive” procedure was not offered first, but all options were presented. It's been about three weeks since my operation. I currently have 120% vision. Top result! Overall, I can only recommend CARE Vision!

I received a warm welcome on my first visit to Düsseldorf. After some examinations, there was a longer wait before you could speak to the doctor. However, the staff apologized and provided us with chocolate. After detailed advice, it became clear to me relatively quickly that I would have the Lasik technique recommended for me carried out. I went there on the day of the operation with a good feeling and was again given a very friendly welcome. During the entire time, all steps were explained to me in detail and I felt like I was in good hands. As soon as I left the building I noticed a difference. I was able to see better again and now after a few days I have 100% vision again. I can only recommend Care Vision Düsseldorf. We will take care of you and help you with a wide range of issues.

Von der Beratung bzw. Untersuchung bis hin zur eigentlichen OP (Lasik) fühlte ich mich sehr gut aufgehoben. Der Arzt sowie das Team arbeiteten beim Eingriff sehr gewissenhaft und vermittelten mir so die notwendige Sicherheit und Gelassenheit, die man bei solch einem nicht alltäglichen Eingriff am Auge einfach braucht. Dank der betäubenden Tropfen spürt man mit Ausnahme eines minimalen Drucks beim Flapschnitt einfach nichts. Ich war zuvor mit -2 bzw. -2,5 kurzsichtig, brauchte also für eine scharfe Fernsicht unbedingt eine Brille oder Kontaktlinsen. Noch am selben Abend konnte ich bereits scharf und sogar noch ein Stückchen besser als vorher mit Brille und Kontaktlinsen sehen. Bis auf ein erträgliches Brennen und leichtes Fremdkörpergefühl hatte ich keine Beschwerden in den Stunden nach der OP. Etwas ungewohnt war der milchig, trübe Blick direkt nach der OP. Dieser verschwand aber unmittelbar wieder in den ersten 2 bis 3 Stunden. Ich möchte mich an dieser Stelle noch einmal recht herzlich bei Care Vision Düsseldorf und dem behandelnden Arzt Hr. Dr. Korbmacher bedanken! Machen Sie weiter so!

Während der einzelnen geführten Voruntersuchungen, bekam ich ein intensiv schlechter werdendes Bauchgefühl. Als ich nach 2 Stunden erfahren hatte, dass der Arzt, der mich operieren würde, nicht für mich zu sprechen ist, weil er nicht in der Praxis vor Ort wäre, war das Thema: CARE VISION AUGENLASERNKORREKTUREN, damit für mich endgültig erledigt. Der Vortrag über den Kostenvoranschlag von ca. 6.000,00 Euro, für den bevorstehenden Eingriff (Operation), habe ich nicht mehr über mich ergehen lassen können. Ich war von außerhalb nach Düsseldorf angereist, und musste, um den Termin wahrnehmen zu können, alles mühsam im Privaten und auf der Arbeit organisieren. Ich fühle mich um meine wertvolle Zeit und mein gutes Geld betrogen....😝
