Nursing staff unmotivated and unfriendly. The station is a disaster. Doctor treats relatives as if they were a patient. Immobilization is normal, but therapy is not offered. A repository for people. Patients are laughed at and treated like second-class citizens. No employment for patients and I could go on. Never again!!! There is one star because zero cannot be assigned.

Worst clinic imaginable. The addicts are treated there like second-class citizens. Even as a visitor you get treated like a criminal. There are also friendly staff, but most of them are arrogant, unfriendly and impertinent. Patients, who are unofficially referred to as "inmates" there, are sedated with drugs to just keep their mouths shut. The staff even makes fun of the "occupants". There is a TV room in which the device is switched off at 11:30 p.m., regardless of whether someone wants to continue watching or not, as I said, you are second-class people there. The absolute hammer, even downright mockery, is that there is a sign on the front door stating visiting hours. But the fact is that there is no visit but contact blocking. This was deliberately kept secret during the recording. Especially THE people who voluntarily go to such a clinic need their social contacts in order to get moral support from them. But the clinic management doesn't give a shit. It was only after my pressure from a higher position that I was granted visitation rights. Before that, the inmate was told by the staff: "It's not a visit, if we allow YOU that, we have to allow everyone else too". That's what happens when you're only a second-class person. I will never take anyone there again, but recommend that they find a decent clinic. There is only one point because you cannot give 0 points!

Terrible! The staff is completely overwhelmed by the number of patients. You are often told that you should just cope with an overwhelming situation. If it were that easy, you wouldn't have to undergo therapeutic treatment! I find it particularly serious that the staff do nothing when they are asked about bullying incidents.

I've been here many times... Station 3: well, I was only there overnight on ward 10: all good, could you just help... Station 11: everything was ok Station 12: DISASTER.!!! now again... has to stay up to and including Friday and the nurses here are almost all overwhelmed with the jobs.! Doctors only understand train stations and want to pump you full of medicines that you are not allowed to take... Eating is so, has other reasons.! Respect and understanding towards patients from Ward 12 equals 0.00 So, never again Jkh 12 I'm glad if I can tell the family doctor personally on the phone tomorrow or Monday.... He has to help me and he can do it best

Already several times on Klepper 5 have always been good to me 👍🏼 Nursing staff always friendly, just like in the MC house
