Booked the JGA tour was a great experience. The tasks were fun for everyone and you got to see something of the city, all without any time pressure. But most importantly the bride was happy.

It was really great, it was a lot of fun at the JGA, I can only recommend it 🤩

We had a lot of fun on our crime tour today as a company outing. If we didn't know what to do, we were helped. The puzzles were a bit complicated at the beginning. From the second case onwards it was logical for us and we no longer had any problems. We would do it again at any time.

We booked CityGames for our team afternoon and it was a complete success! Everyone in the team had fun and everyone got to know Düsseldorf a little better! It definitely wasn't the last time, always happy. Thank you!

Great experience! Fun city murder mystery, challenging and you get to explore the city in a different way! The group uses iPads to go around the city and collect clues to solve a series of murders, not as easy as other experiences which is pretty cool. Can definitely recommend. Also there is help on the phone if there is a technical issue or you need a clue ;)

We had a super fun day. The explanation was very friendly and easy to understand. The tasks (JGA bride) were really funny and definitely solvable and varied. We would definitely book again 🫶🏼👍🏻

We had booked the crime tour. Unfortunately, we had to stop everything after almost 1.5 hours because there was a medical emergency at home where we had to go immediately. We described the incident when we handed in the material and were told that they would mark it in “our favor” (as far as payment is concerned). Because we definitely want to come back to solve the crime case 💪🏻 The puzzle was (up to the point where we got to) super interesting and exciting. Everything was great. I contacted Citygames via email from home. There was even a call today. We can “reopen” the case again. I am so touched that we have been so accommodated with this. Mega. Our group is super happy and grateful 🙏🏻 Citygames is a great and humane company that you can recommend at any time 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Thank you for everything.

Spent a day of hiking here with a 9th grader. Smooth organization. The kids really had fun, and the fact that you get the photos taken during the challenges as a link afterwards rounds it all off - highly recommended :))

It was really a lot of fun! The tasks are very different and therefore interesting. You can also see a lot of the city. The organizers are also very friendly! Was worth it :)

The day was actually very nice, the team on site was friendly. However, I would never book an event there again. We had benefits canceled at short notice, but there was a credit. I'm still waiting for the money today, no one is too busy, it's being processed with priority... it's all just blah blah... I'm still waiting for a response and my money, that was in August...
