Sehr Freundliche und Hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter! Nach meinem Positiven Test wurde ich gut ausführlich Informiert wie ich zu handeln haben soll. In dem Testcenter wird man richtig getestet, man muss nicht 3 Testcenter aufsuchen um sich sicher zu sein ob das Ergebnis richtig ist. Das System ist einfach zu verstehen und geht ganz schnell mit der Kundenkarte. Die Arbeit wird richtig gemacht und man wird freundlich willkommen erfreut.

Mein Opa mit über 85 Jahren war mehrere Male zum "kostenlosen Bürgertest" dort, leider wurde er nicht gefragt wofür der Test ist und musste immer 10€ bezahlen. Er brauchte diesen um seine Lebensgefährtin im Krankenhaus zu besuchen. Trotz Bescheinigung des Krankenhauses ist es nicht möglich, ihm sein Geld zu erstatten. Sehr traurig, wenn die Unwissenheit alter Menschen für den eigenen Profit ausgenutzt wird.

The male staff was very unfriendly, very rough with cotton swabs inserted into my nostrils, quickly rotating and pulling cotton swabs. He's really trying to puncture my nostrils, resulting in my nose bleeding.

Not professional. I have been told to go to another place because the "machine wasn't working". It was just a lie as she was just late and nothing was ready. She finally accepted to test me, but I had to wait she finishes to text on her cellphone.
