Shipping was super fast via GLS. I'm already disappointed with the quality of the tree. As I was unpacking I came across loose branches and a large branch on the tree had almost broken off. Next time I'll go out and buy a tree myself. Buying online is definitely not a cheap alternative (approx. 1.70m tree for 51 euros including shipping.) Update: As expected, the corresponding branch is now wooden and losing needles. Super annoying.

At first I was skeptical about buying a tree online without seeing it, but as you can see, I was never disappointed. Super fresh, densely grown, delivery on the desired date. Everything perfect. Our Christmas tree will definitely always come from the beautiful Sauerland, we will order again next year. Rarely seen such great and beautiful trees, are super happy, thank you for that.

Super unfriendly contact by phone, you don't get any information by email. The box was too small for the tree and the tip was broken in the box. Very annoying for the price! Next year I will definitely buy the tree somewhere else! There are certainly many other companies where you can do something good. Although I also lack evidence of flower meadows here. All in all - definitely never again! The gentleman on the phone was completely wrong!

Great thing! The tree arrived on time and is of very high quality and aesthetics. Before ordering, I had a few questions, which were answered quickly and satisfactorily by customer service. What I like best, as a customer from NRW, is that the trees are from home. Highly Recommended!

Get a tiny tree delivered for 51.99 euros plus 20 euros shipping. Bad failure. I had to specifically buy a second tree because I was ripped off. See the photo: Left: Premium?! It's good as long as the tree is delivered at the right time and not three weeks early! “Customer service” is a disaster and in the end Paypal refunded the money for the tree that was delivered way too early. Unfortunately never again!

I ordered my Christmas tree from Picnic, which comes from Christmas Tree Land. When the box was delivered today I could hardly believe that my tree was inside. The tree was still wrapped in net and foil in the box. After unpacking, I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and straight the Nordmann fir tree was. There is a star deduction because the tree was incredibly dirty (full of dirt). I will order again next year.

Quality and service have deteriorated greatly. So far I've always been satisfied, this year the tree didn't grow well and wasn't the size I ordered. Delivery dates were not met (neither the original delivery nor the supposedly planned date for the "replacement tree"). Never again!

Ordering and delivery was great. However, I have never had a tree that lost so many needles when unpacking. You might think the tree was from last year. What a shame! Thanks! The tree held up and only lost a few needles. I deducted one star because the loss of the needle was visible in some places. But, we'll be there again next year when a well-grown tree is delivered to us on time!
