Went here once and I had a good experience and friendly waiter but went for a second time today and I do not think I will be returning. The waiter forgot to give me cheese and barely any bread and made me wait to pay. I also barely had any time to decide what I wanted to eat. Very rude and will not return because of this incident, there are much better places to eat at and this is no longer one of them

Restaurant is perfectly situated at the main street. We sit outside, where were very unfriendly waiter. Food was very average. When we asked for a receipt, he came with a phone and showed us price in the calculator… Price on the phone was wrong, he charged us 10€ service. We believe that he made this service tax in his mind, and his boss doesn’t even know.. this should never happen. Because of this experience we will never be back

The food is cheap but not very italian taste. It's not bad but really weirdly adapted with some asian and curry flavours. The one I had is 684 called asia, and it has everything: puten, beef, ananas, schrimps, tomatoes. all covered in strong curry sauce. It tastes really really strange... For the price 10.5 euro it is an okay meal, but i can't recommend it to anyone.

I only had a cocktail, a plate of vitello tonnato and an ice-cream - all was of a pretty good quality indeed, but what pushed the stars down is that the waiter - Stefano - refused to accept card saying they only accept cash. This is against European law! I'd call fiscals to control the place...

Great food at an amazing price. Service was ok but no card payment and telling afterwards isn't really customer friendly.

Tried the pizza. Our pizza tasted good but not the best pizza that I have ever had. The staff was super friendly.

We were tourists in Germany trying to learn about the German culture and the city of Düsseldorf. We were in this Shopping Mall and had lunch in this restaurant. At the end they told us there's a 20% mandatory tipping fee in Germany. They are dishonest scammers.

Delish Italian food prepared in an open kitchen, server by a cheerful staff. If you get a bit peckish during shopping, this place is a nice stop!

Had Good Coffee and Apfelstrudel... Service and staff good... Seating on Koningsalle watching people walk by... It's a great outdoor seating and space to enjoy with friends...

Only had a few drinks but I’ve never seen more unfriendly staff anywhere else , one in particular when asked to pay the check by card he got angry and when he finally brought the card reader he typed more than was actually the bill. The man could not be reasoned with either so we just payed and left ,I would give less than a star if I could .
