We got the recommendation dishes, and they were prepared at the table in front of us. They were very tasty, but the whole dinner was a little expensive

Good Korean food. We had bibimbap and pork bulgogi. Both dishes were traditionally prepared and delicious. That being said, we liked the bibimbap more. Overall, the food is on a high standard with some room for improvement. Service was very friendly and prices are reasonable.

We come to the Restaurant in the evening and order menu 1 ( for two persons). The price is ok. The food is really good. The bellow pictures are all for menu 1. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will come back. The staffs are nice, and speak a little English to help you with the menu if your German is still basic

The saddest Korean meal I ever had. The japchae hardly had any dangmyeon noodles in it. It tasted like a random takeout drenched in sauce. The beef bulgogi was grey and soggy after cooking on the portable grill in the passageway by the waiter. It‘s almost €20 and came with a side of three tiny (!!) banchan. It was impossible to share these. I got sambal oelek instead of gochujang when I asked for hot sauce. Gochujang is the staple sauce in every Korean restaurant but not here. The service felt rushed, and the plating‘s not very appealing.

Service 8/10: very friendly service, you could get warm , homey fealing from the korean waitors and waitress here . However food came quite slow . Food 8/10: the first appertizers were spot on. The ku man du was crispy and flavorful, the soup was well seasoned and packed with flavor from the broth and seaweed . However the main dish : duck and beef curry was just ok and the flavor wasn’t as good as we expected. Duck is a little bit dry and the sauce a bit to salty to my taste. Beef curry needed more bold flavors. The highlight of the dinner was dessert , walnut icecream with raspberry sauce ,which was simply delicious.loved the natural walnut flavor .

Amazing service! They are friendly, inform you about anything and very fast. Also the food is very tasty and the prices are fine. Cozy and authentic atmosphere. Would go there again!

This is the best Korean food in Essen, by far. There are great menu options for couples and the barbecue is just great. The owner cooks and serves himself right from the middle of the restaurant. The staff is super friendly and offers great service.

We ordered Menu 1. The first dish was the worse, nothing special and a bit greasy. But the next dishes were getting better: the soup and salat were good but the meats were amazing and it made worth Menu 1. The dessert was a very nice warm tee. The service was excellent, fast and super nice. Overall a very good restaurant in Essen.
