First time I came they were really nice although they charged my 4 years old son (later on I found out he is actually free). They also allowed us to use the Socks from other trampoline park. On my second visit 28th Feb, the lady at the front won’t allowed us to use the socks from other place even though they met all the requirements and only allow to use the socks sold by them. They need to have consistent approach and process

Were there for the first time… Unfortunately there was nothing to buy, absolute catastrophe... they couldn't explain to us exactly why there was nothing. There should probably be something again 2 hours later... We weren't allowed to consume any drinks or snacks that we had with us... If you booked 2-3 hours, that's very long and not acceptable..!! Our children and their companions enjoyed it, but we realized that it would get boring after 2 hours. We will try one more visit and then I will reconsider the rating..

The Jump Galaxy trampoline park is located in North Rhine-Westphalia and is Düsseldorf's newest leisure attraction. One of the largest trampoline parks in Europe There are suitable challenges for all ages and for beginners to professionals. Children's birthday parties, school trips, various fitness and learning courses, company events and Christmas parties complete the programme. One hour of jumping, during which every visitor can use all the attractions of the park, costs 13 EUR. There will be individual offers for the events and other events. Our experience is also nice 😊

Im often going to Jump Galaxy and you have much fun I can prove you that. There are many activities, you can do! You can climb, jump, play etc. And the important is that you can choose your Jumping-Time (1hour, 1hour 30minutes, 2 hours). I usually choose 1 hour because when you time runs out, you are very tired of the jumping.

Jump galaxy is an awesome place. 16€ per kid for an hour...slushies are awesome

Great indoor playground for all age groups. Located in proximity to Areal Böhler in Heerdt. Tends to get very busy but given the wide space and high ceilings, noise is somewhat homogeneously distributed and not so annoying to parents.

One of the nicest trampolineparks out there. Especially the 4x4 tramps are awesome and the sport tramps are also very nice. The only bad part ist the foam pit. It is very dusty

Fun place for kids and adults.. Prices are a bit on the higher side but you can always use your familienkarte for additional discount. Only downside would be that teenagers/adults are playing at the same areas with younger kids, which could be quite dangerous. *Toilets needs a little more attention.

You can have there a quiet funny and active time. We spent there 1,5 hours and it was pretty exhausted, but anyway it’s so much fun 🤩 Of course, you should be careful, I recommend to wear something with a sleeve, because I scratched my elbows. The staff are kind, the activities is worth the money.

It is really nice place! Big space with lots of variety! Only thing is the price. 27 euro is maybe too expensive for median income family. And they charge same price to 2-4 years old children.

Unfortunately, this assumes that guests or their parents arrive with valuables, which are then left as a deposit for a foam ball. Of course we give them a ball, then we would like a car key, cell phone or watch. Handover at the counter without proof/paper/receipt. ID cards will not be accepted. It's a shame, because when it's gone, I won't have suffered any damage amounting to several thousand euros. I've never experienced anything like this before, or at least not for a long time!!

The hall is not recommended for adults, unless you are a trampoline enthusiast. The two of us were there for 90 minutes and after 30 minutes we had already gone through every station and game. The entrance fee of around €50 was really not worth it for us. I might have given three stars, but in addition we could: - do not pay with your (Visa) card - didn't use the showers because they were closed Since we expected both, I'm reducing the rating again by one star. Not accepting Visa payments when many banks no longer issue EC cards is absurd. In summary, it was a very expensive stay without much special, but with a few annoyances. We won't come back.

Lot of fun with my family! My kid loved It! After jumping for one and a half hour she was so tired that felt sleep right the way.

My son spent 2 hours at jump galaxy and didnt get bored. There is a lot of different areas and variations in trampolines and play areas. Staff were very helpful too!

Besides the fact that we had to pay everything in cash because Revolut or Wise card don’t work (although they are EC/debit card), it was great! Great service and easygoing personnel.

It was very nice time we had there and I would go back there most likely. I just think that the staff could be a bit more pleasant towards the customers in the way they talk

Great place for kids with friendly staff who were happy to help. Catering could use some work, but we were there when it was quiet, maybe it's better when busy.

We went during the week, Corona Zeitabstand. The staff was friendly, it was totally relaxed, without crowds or loud, crazy energy. There is variety, and all areas were clean and maintained.

Nice place to spend a few hours with kids of all ages. If it is your first time here, you need to buy the socks. Parking space is good enough and free. The staff are friendly. It's worth the visit.

Very exiting and good place for exercising and family playing! Just was surprised that socks needs to be mandatory purchased and for small kids (sized below 25) are not available...

The children are super excited and have a lot of fun. The adults too 😉 Booked at 11 a.m. doesn't always mean starting at 11 a.m. The doors didn't open until 11, then changing, then briefing. You don't need to book at 11. However, it is the most relaxing place because it is so empty.

We celebrated children's birthdays. Atmosphere was pleasant, all children were happy 👍 We can recommend)

It would be nice if birthday tables weren't set 4 hours in advance so that guests/parents of paying children don't have to drink their paid coffee sitting on the floor. In principle, you could also place tables for two in free areas. Overall, not a great solution for waiting parents. Picture shows the ONLY seating option when (like today) ALL other tables are reserved for birthdays... even at 11 a.m. for a table at 3 p.m. And you are then asked not to sit there because the food is already set. Not my problem. I would be happy to release a table reserved for 3 p.m. at 2:30 p.m. for setting up. But that doesn't mean I'm sitting on the floor at 11 as a paying customer.
