The largest indoor place to ski. Really large and well maintained. Also the buffet included in a day ticket is of good quality with alot of choices to eat and drink. I really recommend this place

If you can ski for more than 3M without falling and can do some turns, don’t go here. The average descent will take you 1 minute, then we had to wait in a line around 15 minutes for a DDR style conveyer belt, which would take us up in 10 minutes (so 25 min of waiting) to go down in 1 minute again. I can see this be nice when not so busy, but I guess money drives. My tip would be to either have people book slots, or just stop letting people in at some point. Waste of money and time. The food was all you can eat, but making it horrible is a smart way to save money. Even bringing someone here to experience snow for the first time is a bad idea, because I can understand people don’t see the joy in it this way. Very disappointing.

The longest artificial ski slope IN THE WORLD! Thanks to two sections with different steepness level, it is perfect both for newbies as well as for experienced skiers. The interior is nice and spacious. There is possibility to rent skis, snowboards (included in entrance price) as well as helms and ski outfit (extra charges). The place is quite popular on the weekend and less full during working days. Buffet food and drinks are also included in the entrance price, which is fantastic! Parking is available right at the entrance and costs 0,50€ for each 30 minutes. Maximum parking cost is 5€. Entrance tickets can be bought online in advance or on the spot.

My first time in ski hall and also on ski I don’t know how snow is good or bad but service and equipment in this location are 5/5 what I can’t recommend is the buffet, sorry but Schnitzel is not my favorite product. Service in restaurant is also top. It was excellent day and we had a lot of fun. Nice place to spend time and to ski down the hill

If you want to experience indoor skiing, it's a nice place. But it feels old, some places have not been managed well. There is limited information in English, and the food was only ok. No showers available by what I was very surprised. It's a nice place but doesn't feel like the complete experience.

Nice long snow hall. Concept with food and drinks included is good, but more variety would be nice, it’s mainly pork. Lift needs work, takes very long and stops all the time. Terrace outside is great!

Just a recommendation, don't eat the chili con carne. I had also chili con carne in the way out, like taking a laxant. And I really like spicy food and I'm used to it, but these I don't know what it had but wasn't spicy neither.

Took us about an hour to get in on a Saturday, but the slope and the materials were good. One downside tho is that there are a lot of beginners which ment the beginner slope was so busy that they went to the big slope, so you needed to zig zag between them sometimes. The 20 minute wait for the lift around peak time (14/15hour) was a bit anoying. But overall it was a fun day.

It's a fun place to go especially with kids. The lane is long for an indoor ski but of course short if you compare with a mountain lane. The place looks a bit outdated, it should be better taken care of. The shoes are very smelly! There is also free food which we enjoyed. All in all quality is good for the price.

The music at the elevator maybe louder when you are waiting + 1 elevator for the skiërs and 1 for the snowboarders, because the snowboarders need to wait for the skiërs. And also the ladies are complaining about the Doors at the bathroom, they like to see that the open to the outside

Very easy process, nice unlimited food and drinks (even beers), good slope, and easy renting. Only downside is you need coins for the lockers, so bring euro coins.

It was so good! Equipment for rent is good quality, if you forget fx gloves, you can buy some at the shop, prices start from 19€, whish is quite cheap if you ask me. We started snowboarding at 11, so the slope was quiet and there were not that many people. :) the lenght of the slope is very good and it's not too steep. Buffet was very tasty. The staff was friendly and even though we didn't speak german, they treated us the same, as any other skier. As mentioned before, remember to take some 1€ coins as one locker requires two of them. If you forget them, you can try getting some from the exchange machine or if you buy anything, from the shop. 😊 All in all, very satisfied and will surely return! ❤️

Bad service, Alpincenter Bottrop! The inception of a new corona measure has made it impossible for us to go. This is beyond our control. Unfortunately, Alpincenter Bottrop does not want to refund our tickets of 60 euros per person. Wasted money. They do not want to cooperate at all and do not look for a solution. What a bad company!

I tried to get in touch with them by e-mail and by phone to clear a doubt, with no result... No one answered me... Nobody called me back.😕 About the facilities and on-site service, next Sunday I will do a separate review. Sunday I was there. I'm changing the review, the facilities are good and the service is nice. Anyway, it doesn't get a score of 5, but it's worth a 4 star. I still haven't received a reply from my email....
