We had our daughter's ears pierced there today. Very nice team, clean and tidy. We would go there again.

We went there today with our 7 year old daughter to get her earrings pierced. And we are so incredibly overwhelmed by how great lovely Tina did it. So super sweet, understanding and peace itself! We are really incredibly positively excited. Patience and love for the job can absolutely be felt here. We can only recommend them!!! At the end, the brave child received a crown and a certificate. Just great!

I have now had myself pierced there a total of 5 times (always on both sides) and have never had a problem with my piercings. They healed immediately and didn't have a single infection. I received great advice and was also very friendly. The fear was completely taken away. I would only recommend it and would be happy to come back.

I'm super happy with Claire's in the Aqiz Plaza in Aachen, the employees are all very nice and do a really good job. I've never had a problem with a piercing and have had them all done there so far, and you can't complain about the price either.

Stay away from the vouchers!!!!! My 7 year old daughter received a voucher from my brother for Christmas. When we wanted to redeem the voucher, it didn't work, my daughter was totally disappointed, we had to come back with a receipt, so we paid the amount, put my daughter off and left. 14 days later we came back with the receipt and the voucher. Again the same thing, the voucher cannot be used despite proof, after a long back and forth, phone calls and no management present, which apparently had been terminated, we were asked to come back on Monday to receive a new voucher. What's this nonsense please?

I had my helix piercing done by a very stylish and friendly employee. The advice was great and I felt completely comfortable. :)

I completed a 2 week internship there. All colleagues are very nice, friendly, helpful and very, very open. It was incredibly fun for me to work with such colleagues in a store like this. Everything was explained to me step by step. Great team 😝👋
