We bought something in this store and paid with credit card. Because of a bad connection the transfer had to be done once again. We received only one receipt. And guess what, the amount of 250 eur was billed twice. Since a month we are trying to get our money back and Zara isn’t helpful at all. We will never visit this store again, the service is horrible and who knows when we will get our money back. The store and the service centre point to each other and no one is taking responsibility.

Waited for online pick up order about 15 minutes and didn’t get any help. Store management/customer service was very poor and disrespectful.

Never Ever trust Online purchases from Zara Home. I like the quality of products, and I always buy Zara Home. But when it comes to Online purchases, it is awful. I bought several items in the off-season and asked them to deliver them to the Pack station, but every time, the parcel returned without my confirmation because the parcels didn't fit into the Pack Station. The problem is that I notified them about this and asked them to change the address to my apartment. They didn't do this and, and by repeating this, took all the items I ordered and said it is out of stock now. It is really unbelievable.
