Please
read,
this
is
my
WORST
experience
buying
vehicles
in
40
years!
I’m
exhausted
making
repeated
requests
for
bills
and
information
needed
to
rectify
the
vehicle’s
problems.
Vera
will
smile,
offer
you
coffee
and
sell
like
an
expert.
Afterwards,
BEWARE
!
You’ll
be
let
down.I’m
English,
arrived
from
France
bought
a
94,000e
3
year
old
La
Strada
Avanti
H
from
forecourt.
I
didn’t
pick
it
up
for
two
months
as
I
needed
temporary
registration
and
paid
for
many
things
to
be
added.
The
paperwork
was
in
very
good
order
but
the
handover
by
their
expert
a
mess.
He
took
two
private
calls
and
was
distracted.
Vera
NOT
present
sadly
and
other
staff
disinterested,
battery
monitor
never
shown
as
it
couldn’t
possibly
have
worked!
Before
leaving
I
asked
the
Technicien
to
fit
my
sim
in
the
Thitronik
tracker
which
cost
500e,
he
was
too
lazy
to
fit
it
saying
“the
air
vent
is
open
you
can
fit
it
yourself.”
Thitronik
are
not
happy,
a
month
on
its
been
replaced
as
suspected
FAULTY,
probably
why
he
didn’t
set
it
up!
Keep
reading
because
this
gets
WORSE!
I
had
to
drive
it
off
the
forecourt
with
brakes
screeching
told
it
would
wear
off.
The
first
night
after
using
the
diesel
heating
wild
camping,
tired,
I
realised
there
wasn’t
a
single
litre
of
water!
They
never
showed
me
things
because
their
dead
lithium
battery
wouldn’t
have
pumped
water
out.
I
was
so
naive
but
actually
I
now
see
this
as
DECEITFUL.
It
was
late,
I
slept,
got
up
early
and
no
electricity
to
get
the
step
in.
I
had
to
drive
off
with
it
sticking
out.
A
total
nightmare.I’d
driven
300km
and
engine
had
not
charged
it!
I
sent
Vera
what’s
app
video
about
this
failure
and
to
my
disgust
she
started
sending
copies
of
bills
stating
they
had
overlooked
the
shop
bill
and
I
owed
423e.
I’d
paid
2
bills
comprising
900e.
No
possible
cause
or
apology
re
total
battery
failure
was
given,
I
was
told
to
check
fuses!
I
tried
to
fill
it
with
water
but
this
ran
out
of
the
WiNTER
drain
plug
THEY’D
left
open
and
it
took
me
40
minutes
to
access
and
close
that
by
moving
the
table
seat.
By
now
I
just
wanted
to
get
home.
I
was
stressed,
single
woman,
not
owned
motorhome
since
2008
overwhelmed
with
technological
avancement
and
serious
failure
of
everything
Electrical.
No
shower,
no
toilet,
no
fridge
for
a
journey
of
1200km
in
a
94,000e
vehicle.
I
have
had
to
wait
two
weeks
for
an
inspection
here
in
France
and
had
no
pleasure
except
stress
with
this
van.
immediately
the
French
Technicien
told
me
the
Lithium
battery
was
Totally
dead
and
could
NOT
have
been
tested.
I
can
only
deduce
Vera
sold
me
it
knowingly
in
this
state
.
It
was
replaced
under
guarantee,
refunded
2
days
but
Vera
deducted
the
shop
bill
of
423e
later,
frankly
might
have
been
better
ignore
as
compensation,
considering
the
tyre
overcharge
,
for
the
aggravation
I’m
NOW
having
ONE
MONTH
on
and
to
offset
the
cost
of
petrol
to
inspections
which
aren’t
local
and
hours
wasted
and
no
pleasure
from
this
94,000e
van
to
date!
I
had
4
new
Michelin
tyres
put
on,
one
had
a
bulge
on
levellers,
resolved
but
no
cause
,shocked
as
4
identical
in
France
are
300e
CHEAPER
in
France
including
putting
on!
I
also
ordered
the
Truma
inet
heating
remote
500e
and
that
wasn’t
configured
ready
for
use
either.
I
had
to
drive
it
to
the
battery
inspection
where
90km
into
the
journey
the
orange
tyre
pressure
indicator
came
on,
I
was
told
that
the
battery
sensors
hadn’t
been
adjusted
to
recognise
the
new
tyres.
Trying
repeatedly
to
get
information
from
VERA
on
WHO
fitted
them,
simple
question
HER
workshop
or
an
external
Tyre
Fitter
just
gets
ignored.
All
VERA
cares
about
is
MONEY,
my
satisfaction
and
my
problems
it’s
just
like
communicating
with
a
machine.
No
apology
just
ARROGANCE
like
I’ve
never
experienced.
I
have
now
no
confidence
in
anything
they
tested
and
with
the
longest
street
in
Germany
selling
motorhomes,
buy
elsewhere
is
my
advice.
I
told
Vera
my
dream
was
to
ship
it
to
the
USA
and
wild
camp,
the
reason
I
wanted
solar.
To
have
sold
me
a
van
with
a
dead
battery
has
totally
disgusted
me
and
I
hope
reading
this
you
can
appreciate
how
I
feel
