Can I give this place 6 stars!? Beautiful location after a short 30min walk downhill from the Brauneck Bahn station. Walk past all the other places, this is the place to go!! The service is first class, friendly and fast. The view is brilliant and food is top!! I had what i call the 'stone age' burger. Home made bread, jam packed with egg, two cheeses and crispy bacon are just some of the things. The portions are super generous. The young lady that severed us went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our meal. I will be back with my hungry boys for more good meals.

Just celebrated my father's 60th birthday by staying overnight at Bayernhutte and we had a great time. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, the sauna was amazing, the food was tasty, and they even served a cake I had made for my father on a nice platter :) The only big negative point for us was getting to the place and back. We called three times before going to specifically ask how long it takes to walk there from the top of the gondola and how steep it is because my mom can't walk very well. We were told each time that it was a short 15min walk, mostly flat, and that if there was a problem with my mom, they would come get her via snow scooter without any issues. The walk was at least 30min at normal walking pace, the last part was super steep (going down a red slope) and required to cross a ski slope which was not super safe, especially for a slow walker like my mom. When we called to ask for my mom to be picked up at the top of the red slope by snow scooter, the person on the phone acted surprised and reluctantly came to pick her up. The next day, when we asked for her ride back, we were told no, that we should call the emergency rescue services because they did not have time. In the end they asked for 50 euros to bring her only half way to the gondola (just up the red slope); which we negotiated down to 30 euros. Honestly, this kind of ruined the mood and made my mom feel really terrible. If one of your staff promises something to the customer, you should be delivering, instead of making us feel like our request was unreasonable even though we had agreed on this option, and that instructions to get to the place were completely unreasonable. Our whole stay was amazing, but this really makes me wonder if I will come back...

Voll die Nobelhütte, eher ein Hotel! Wahnsinnig schönes Zimmer, viel Holz, alles auch sehr modern, viel Liebe zum Detail. Man fühlt sich einfach nur wohl! Am liebsten möchte man das Zimmer gar nicht verlassen. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und genügend. Das Essen generell war sehr gut! Das Einzige was mir persönlich nicht so gut gefallen hat, ist das von morgens bis abends Musik aus den Lautsprechern auf der Terrasse spielt. Ich persönlich finde es ruhiger etwas schöner in den Bergen, brauche keine Dauerbeschallung! Das ist aber sicher Geschmackssache 😉 Tolles Wandergebiet ❤️ Es war einfach wunderbar! Das Personal war super nett und lustig, danke ❤️

Almost too nice to be a mountain hut (I mean this in a nice way). The rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean, made with quality materials. The food is great, the hosts are friends, and there’s a sauna you can pay to use as well

Ein Aufenthalt in der BayernHütte ist absolut zu empfehlen, egal ob für eine Übernachtung oder für ein Essen auf der Terrasse. Der Vergleich mit einem Schmuckstück in der Beschreibung trifft die Hütte sehr gut - schlicht, dennoch mit Liebe zum Detail, geschmackvoll mit viel Holz. Man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl, wobei hier auch der tolle und nette Service seinen Beitrag dazu leistet! Und auch das Essen - egal ob Kaiserschmarren, das vielfältige Abendessen oder das Frühstück - es war alles sehr lecker! Danke für die tolle Auszeit- wir kommen wieder!

Sehr schön gelgende Hütte. Es gibt gutes Essen und wenn man übernachtet gibt es die Möglichkeit auf eine Sauna ober einen heißen Whirlpool. Der Aufstieg ist für leihen ein hartes Stück aber man kann sich von Personal auch auf Wunsch abholen lassen.

Schöne moderne Hütte, Zimmer super klein und keine eigene Toilette vorhanden - Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht besonders gut. Besitzerin unfreundlich, aber der Chef ist nett, Glücksache wer da ist!

Ich war nur zum Mittagessen auf der Hütte. Die Kasspatzen waren nicht frisch gemacht. Vermutlich eine Fertigpackung. Genauso die Röstzwiebeln. Sie haben mir und meinem Freund den ganzen Nachmittag aufgestoßen. Für das Geld, auch auf einer Hütte, darf man mehr verlangen.
