I'm living here till the end of the year and I have to say that I am more then pleased with the facilities, cleanliness and size of the rooms. The hosts are fantastic people and very helpful with any enquiries i have. Location wise i would say that you definitely need a car or a bike to get around but otherwise great location for a great price!

I give 5 stars because Google Rating system doesn’t permit to give more, otherwise i would have putted 100. It is definitely the best place i could have find to stay starting new professional career in Munich. Apartment are very clean, decorated with taste. Very confortable bed, strong wifi signal which is perfect working in remote. Andrea she is very committed person, taking care of her residents on a very strong customer oriented way. Always helpful, reachable, giving very good and useful advises which is perfect starting new life on city we don’t know. cannot be better definitely

It is a very nice and modern apart hotel concept which started in May 2018. I like the quietness of the area and the comfort of the room. The structure is perfect and there is a little kitchen to prepare your meal, a bathroom with all the useful conveniences. The owner is a very congenial and helpful person who will always help you whenever needed. Close to the aparthotel there is a see where you can swim and make some sunbathing. The distance to Munich is reasonable 26 Km and the next closest town, for those who like to make some shopping, is Freising a beautiful student´s town where you can also find a little bit of anything.

I stayed at the Arthotel during a business trip to Munich and have to say that I liked it way better than any of the hotels I had been to in Munich so far! The rooms are very spacious and the interior design is high-quality and state-of-the-art. I would come back anytime, not only for business but for private trips/vacations as well. Highly recommended!

Lovely place I lived there for 2 months as I arrived in Germany. Clean, quiet and the hosts are very nice and helpful. I will highly recommend this place.
