The apartment is nice, however it’s 21m2 for almost 1000eur/month. Even one month after moving out still haven’t received caution money back and was charged 340eur extra for electricity - when contacting GLC about it haven’t received any answer. The amenities are nice, swimming pool and sauna, which, however, was also turned off most of the time.

The accomodation is nice however it is extremly overpriced, and they will charge you thousands of euros for nothing (for example 240 euros for a cleaning). Unless you're desparate. Avoid this place at all costs.

This is the worst company I have encountered. The Manager of this building Georg Jost is not fit for this job and is very unprofessional. It has been 9 months, I have been asking my deposit back and over 25 email exchanges. Every time he says your deposit is on the way and you will get it next week. Firstly, they lost my documents and overcharged me and kept me waiting for 6 months, until I scanned them a copy of the handover protocol where it mentioned the damages were already existing even before I came to GLC. After many email exchanges over 6 months, they told that their office staff has changed and they could not manage the documents. One thing is sure, these people know how to handle foreigners and they will keep you waiting - simply because one would not hire a lawyer for getting their deposit. Its been 9 months and I am still waiting fro my deposit back. Time and again, I have come across many people who complaint of similar events. I think, its high time this should be taken up in local newspaper and social media. Why should one wait when its not my fault. Horrible experience- But surely, I am taking this matter and will copy all the email transcripts against this company

They are just a bunch of scammers feeding off from students and foreigners. Would do anything to steal your deposit.

Nice and fast. The people there were really helpful. My task was done in 10 minutes. I visited twice and both times people working there helped me, even giving info about visa.

I stayed in Garching living center last year during my summer internship It's very modern building and the Appartment was perfect with balcony that open on beautiful view of nature the price is quite expensive but compared to the service quality that match and Munich cost of living.all what you need is above the building penny and other stores Right next to the building there is bus can take you in 5min drive to U-Bahn or you can walk and enjoy the street of garching to the U-Bahn. I enjoyed my stay. Swimming in the pool was the best part of my day and the commun space was clean and fully furniture honestly if you are Stundent or in Munich for intern is one of the best places And for the service office we're super kind

Most common rooms are closed, can't recommend living here
