Great little shop in the pedestrian area of Heidelberg. The personal is very friendly and know the products. Lush has always great product and well trained staff.

Very creative ideas for perfumes and soaps. They have peculiar ones like Death and Decay, Cardamom coffee, Lord of misrule etc. One can easily spend an hour looking at the variety of items on display. I was helped by a helpful and bubbly young man and would like to commend him. They have options for gifts too.

The ladies there we so nice and helpful. I fell in love with all the Lush products. Definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for nice gifts for their family.

The employees were really nice, they did not ask me for a cov pass, I purchased a body oil bar, it has lavender and rosemary in it, its a special oil you use after showering, smells heavenly and I had heard many compliments about it so far! The staff is also very sweet and helpful!

Just had the best experience at Lush - Louis made my day! ♥️ He has the biggest heart, was super friendly, and did an excellent job at advising me which product to get. Will be back soon for more!

I came here to bought a gift, granted I know nothing about skincare or cosmetics in general, but the staffs are really friendly, guiding me through their vast collections of nice-smelling maskers and creams, displayed tastefully with display style that certainly was designed with clear vision and a lot of panache.

Loved the place and it's exquisite collection of handmade soaps. You will feel like having every soap with you!! 😊

I stopped by Lush Heidelberg at the end of February to shop for prizes for a work event and had the best time! The entire staff was very friendly and SUPER helpful in finding products that were fit for whoever won that prize. On top of that, they made sure I found a few things for myself :) Louis in particular was extremely helpful and made my day! I have been shopping at this location for years and I can safely say, the colleagues have great energy, so dont be shy about stopping in!

Worst experience ever... There is an mature, normally full of wisdom and experience lady, no sales skills so ever, who after buying stuff for almost 100 € literally refuses to serve me 2 more samples because it was 3min past 20h. I have refused to buy what I need in internet because I believe in supporting the local stores (I always travel 30km). It was the last time though .. Thank you to all the other people working there for being so nice and always taking the time. The not nice, totally unfriendly lady, I do hope she is not the manager .. She will be the death of that place... I know what I am talking about.. I work in sales
