Motel in area business in Monaco. It is ourskirts of the city. Clean, essenctial and very close to the bus and train stop. Pratically bus station and train station are in front of the hotel. To spend one or two night it is ok. I recommend this hotel for business trip

Hotel is fairly priced. Although its far away from the city center, it has a metro station right in front of it with direct access to the city center and the Oktoberfest entrance. Rooms are spacious, pillows are nice, amenities are basic but they are OK. Bar is open late at night, football stadium also on the same metro line. Very convenient considering prices around Munich.

Modern and contemporary hotel, close to the Garching business Campus. Small room but cozy and clean. Bathroom very small but well organized. Good continental breakfast and a wide selection of the bar drinks. Friendly staff but the check in process went a little slow. I have enjoyed staying at Motel One and will surely repeat.

Top hotel with super friendly staff and great service! It’s minutes from the highway and right next to the trainstation (about a 5min ride to Allianz Stadium, and 20min to down town). Rooms are smaller but clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet with lots of vegan options and good coffee! Parking available too.

Clean hotel from top to bottom, small rooms but functional and professional staff. Even if my reservation was not processed (something happened on my end), Octavian managed to "fix it" I spent a few hours in the lounge area as I arrived in the morning and the room was not yet available. The whole place was spotless, comfortable and had many options at the bar! the place is great and good value for money, however, really impressed with the staff!!!

I'm quite familiar with different motel one's and I used to like it. Unfortunately I made some bad experience this time. The bathroom wasn't really clean... actually it was a bit smelly! I requested a new one... but I was told that they were booked out so I had to stay with it. :( The waiter during the night-shift wasn't the friendliest one. The only positive thing I can talk about were the ladies in the morning taking care of the breakfast room. My resume: just because it's named motel one doesn't mean that it actually is one.

I stayed for one night, the hotel is clean, rooms are basic but with very very elegant design and comfortable beds and all kinds of pillows for all tastes! My room looked east with beautiful sunrise view. Public transportation is right at the entrance of the hotel, but I think it is worthy of mentioning that hotel is in zone2 so if you want to frequently visit the city center with public transportation this means extra expenses for inclusive transportation tickets.

I love this place. Climbing the hill to the Motel you will love the sound of the water.

Great value for money. A very welcoming hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and although not over spacious have enough space. Breakfast is good and fresh. There is no gim but if you ask at the desk, they will give you a voucher to a nearby place within 5 minutes walk, which is excellent and fully equipped. There is also a big supermarket close by. The hotel is located next to the U Bahn stop and several busses stops which makes it very accessible.

Nice, comfy beds. Breakfast is a little basic, but it's a basic hotels---and intentionally so! I'm here for work, so all I really want is cleanliness, decent shower and comfy bed---ticks all those boxes! Some bacon to complement the Continental breakfast would go down a treat---but then I do love bacon more than most people! Nice seating area just outside, where I've worked the last two afternoon/evenings. Lounge-style chairs around a mini water feature, as well as solid, but comfortable, chairs with small metal tables, of decent quality, where I work. (It is, though, continental Europe, and so loads of people smoke, which isn't so pleasant, but with so many people smokers here it makes sense for it to be a smoking area.)

My experience was not hosting, because I had a scheduling problem and had to cancel the reservation. What I can say is that the cancellation of the reservation was really fast (immediate), practical, friendly, and made directly on the hotel website, that is very easy. Normally, canceling a reservation at other hotels can be very bureaucratic and unpleasant. Motel One was perfect.

Great hotel! Modern and clean. Super close to public transport. Convenient garage parking for 5€. Sound proof windows prevent any noise from the outside.

If you stuck in munich this is the perfect hotel!!! Cheap, lovely rooms and super friendly personal! The bar offers awesome drinks in the bar!
