Once in a while you find a little gem in the middle of nowhere where you least expect it. This is true for this hotel. Everything is so nice and you feel that the people running it really care. Nice clean luxurious rooms, free parking and an extravagant breakfast included in the room rate. I expected this to be more than €150 based on value, but it was no more than half. Excellent hotel that is well worth the 10 minutes drive from the Autobahn.

Excellent service, Friendly staff, Tasteful Food. Moved to new location with new furniture and decoration with open kitchen which is amazing. The owner is always onsite and has excellent recommendation, will visit again for sure!

I visited this restaurant, which apparently is a hotel-restaurant, for quick bite during lunch time. The staff in this stylish location was friendly. They offered some bread accompanied with some creamy mustard dip and a crostini as an amuse-gueule ahead of the food I ordered! I had a side salad and pasta. Both of them were tasty. Unfortunately they don‘t offer pizza any more, as the owner did so in his former restaurant in Günzenhausen/Ottenburg. To be honest, this restaurant is ok, but I liked food the the character of the old restaurant much more!

On our way home from Kroatia to the Netherlands, we decided to drive to Erik's crossing our fingers they'd have a room. We encountered a very modern and hip hotel with the nicest staff in the middle of a country village called Fürholzen. First of all, unguarded parking is in a lot across from the street. When we arrived to the room we were pleasantly surprised. Very comfortable beds and a well finished bathroom. All rooms are strictly non-smoking! We went for dinner outside. We both had pasta. Food was very tasty and wel made. The creme brulee desserts were a bit runny but enjoyable nonetheless. Check came out to 60 Euros including tip and I think that is a very fair price. As a small point of criticism, the WiFi is horrible. My 4G was faster and more stable than the 5GHz connection they offer.

Great brunch. Make a reservation, to be on the safe side. It was full when we tried to go on a Sunday. Around 16 EUR a person.

One of the best restaurants in this area. Great food, great wine, great service. It's always nice to be there! But make sure you reserve your table upfront! They have only very limited number of seats!
