A very nice hotel with very friendly service. I recommend it to anyone on a business trip or privately. Quiet neighborhood, close to the city center with very good restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay there very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was an enjoyable German style breakfast. The best one that we had while in Garching. The only mild issue was the early morning noise from the business across the street. All in all a very nice little hotel with great staff. We would use this hotel again when we are back in Garching. It is within easy walking distance to the Ubanh station for the trips to Munich.

Totally unprofessional. They forgot to reserve our rooms although they send us reservation confirmation. We arrived there at 22:00 pm and they told us they are overbooked and had no rooms for us . They admitted it was their mistake and said the only solution was to stay at an emergency room, which was a room at the basement with an 140cm bed. They didn't offer to call other hotels. They even forgot to bring us towels. Their behaviour was so unprofessional, in the morning they charged this as a double room! (although there was a contingency for single rooms) and they said they could offer one breakfast for free as compensation.

The place is good and clean and the owner of the place is a kind and helpful man. I wish him well, but his wife's rudeness caught my eye. I have never seen such a rude woman in my life spontaneously touch the wall with my finger while talking to the man who owns the place about length of stay, price etc. I was surprised that the woman told me not to put my finger on it. I touched the wall with my finger not my nails but she rudely yelled at me Don't touch the wall again I'm not a doctor but I think she has OCD or has other behavioral issues or something. Of course I didn't rent, I was afraid you would say don't lie in bed or use the bathroom is forbidden 😂😂 Not recommended at all

My family (10 people) stayed in Maria's Inn two weeks ago for a long weekend. They highly complimented the cleanliness of the place as well as delicious breakfast. The staff was very attentive and friendly. One gets a feeling that this is very well run family establishment. The rooms are airy, spacious and nicely decorated - we booked single, double and triple rooms. Highly recommended!

We have been to Maria's Inn several times and every one of them was great. The rooms are spotlessly clean and quite large, may be with the exception of those on the third floor. The area is very quiet and there are two supermarkets at hand. The underground station is not so far. Those who want to see a game at the Allianz Arena will find it is only two stations away from the stadium. The breakfast is great - everything you need. A special thank you to Monika and the lady serving breakfast.

Great little B&B spot. Breakfast every morning is fresh and delicious. The people here are friendly and (mostly) speak good English. Still, if you're an American visiting someone else's country, you should at least learn a few words of the country you're in. It's just basic courtesy.

Maria’s Inn is a bed and breakfast hotel close to the Joseph Strauss Munich International Airport. Its location is very convenient for travelers who arrive from distant locations to Munich late in the afternoon and want to continue their travel next day after a good nights sleep. The same is true for travelers who want to have a good night sleep before having an early morning flight. I stayed in Maria’s Inn four times so far and was always treated to a good experience. I made reservations on-line and I received the confirmation within a day. There were no problems at the check in and the reserved room was always waited for me when I arrived. The requests for changes were always met with understanding and requested adjustments were made. The cost of rooms was very reasonable for the offered services. The rooms are very clean and spacious enough for the purpose i.e. staying overnight. The bathrooms are clean with sufficient towels and other bathroom amenities. There were refrigerators in the room. The room comes with a breakfast buffet. There is an ample selection of drinks, bread, pastry, butter, cheeses and cold cuts. There were also fruits and cereals as well. A good breakfast to start a day! Also, kitchen attendants are available for help. WiFi passwords are offered at the check-in for the Internet connection. There is plenty of parking room next to the receptionist lounge and some in front of the Hotel buildings. The management and the receptionists are very forthcoming and helpful. In one occasion I had a problem with a rental car. The receptionist, a German lady speaking fluent English listened to my problem. She took it on herself to find the right people at the rental agency in Munich, talk to them and resolved the problem for me. In short, value, location, sleep quality, rooms, cleanliness, service, are the six criteria for an excellent bed and breakfast hotel, all of which can be graded very high on the ranking list. I highly recommend Maria’s Inn. I will stay there again when needing and overnight rest in Munich. PrimozS

Nice apartment to stay in, very near to public transport. However, it got very noisy during the day due to construction nearby.

Here’s the thing. It isn’t a 500€ per night hotel room in downtown Munich. However, it IS an extremely reasonably priced room in the suburbs of Munich, right on the U6 line just a quick 30-minute ride from Oktoberfest. It is a very clean & nicely furnished room with everything you need. Comfortable beds too! The continental breakfast is more than adequate. There are lots of restaurants and a bakery nearby, plus a grocery store (REWE). This is the place to stay if you’re coming to Munich for Oktoberfest (or any reason).
