I
rented
one
of
the
smallest
warehouses
(2
square
meters)
in
Neuaubing
for
a
year.
The
acquisition
by
the
employee
responsible
for
this
went
professionally.
She
responded
extremely
quickly
to
my
request.
Arranging
a
viewing
appointment
was
prompt.
Since
I
also
wanted
to
possibly
rent
an
office,
the
inspection
of
the
storage
space
and
potential
office
went
hand
in
hand.
However,
the
two
offices
I
was
shown
were
in
unacceptable
condition
due
to
stains
in
the
carpet
and
a
brown
stain
the
size
of
a
car
tire
on
the
ceiling.
I
rented
the
storage
space
as
soon
as
possible.
But
this
is
where
the
first
unprofessionalism
emerged:
the
rental
began
in
the
second
half
of
2021,
but
the
rental
agreement
still
included
19%
sales
tax
instead
of
the
16%.
A
change
was
apparently
not
possible.
I
should
pay
the
deposit
straight
away,
otherwise
there
would
be
no
guarantee
that
I
would
actually
get
the
storage
space.
But
the
card
reader
didn't
work,
so
I
had
to
transfer
the
money
-
on
the
same
day
and
notify
the
employee.
The
appointment
for
the
warehouse
handover
was
attended
by
another
employee
who
first
made
me
wait
for
20
minutes
while
he
ate
comfortably
in
his
office
and
then
completely
disappeared
for
a
while.
After
the
room
was
handed
over,
I
had
to
wait
several
weeks
for
the
handover
protocol,
which
this
employee
wanted
to
send
to
me
immediately
by
email.
I
complained
several
times
until
one
of
this
gentleman's
colleagues
sent
me
the
report.
While
the
corridors
around
the
storage
rooms
were
initially
swept,
after
a
year
they
were
full
of
dark
gray
dust
flakes,
half-decayed
moths,
beetles
and
giant
grasshoppers.
These
insect
corpses
were
not
only
on
the
floor
outside
the
storage
rooms,
but
also
on
the
window
sills
and
in
my
storage
room
as
well
as
the
stored
items
since
the
storage
rooms
are
open
at
the
top.
Lt.
According
to
the
rental
agreement,
the
warehouse
rent
was
supposed
to
increase
by
1.5%
after
12
months,
but
the
contract
stated
a
start
date
one
month
earlier.
My
mistake
was
that
I
based
it
on
the
12
months,
because
Sirius
insisted
that
I
had
to
pay
a
higher
price
for
the
last
month,
even
though
I
had
already
been
told
to
cancel.
It
took
weeks
until
a
handover
date
that
suited
both
sides
was
reached.
Because
the
employee
who
was
supposed
to
take
care
of
it
didn't.
Several
people
had
to
be
involved
who
did
not
coordinate
with
each
other.
I
was
expected
to
follow
Sirius'
schedule
and
to
follow
their
fixed
guidelines
in
whatever
way
-
even
before
the
end
of
the
rental
period,
which
I
was
supposed
to
pay
in
full.
At
some
point
a
Sirius
employee
took
pity
and
set
up
an
appointment
with
the
aforementioned
employee
two
days
after
the
end
of
the
rental
period,
whereby
I
had
to
clearly
articulate
that
I
would
not
pay
for
these
two
days
separately,
as
I
had
to
assume
based
on
statements
made
by
her
colleagues
that
that
I
would
be
charged
for
these
two
days
if
necessary.
However,
the
handover
appointment
was
attended
by
a
different
employee
than
the
one
with
whom
the
appointment
was
made,
without
me
being
informed
about
it
beforehand.
There
was
nothing
to
complain
about.
The
room
could
be
rented
out
immediately.
Now
I've
been
waiting
for
more
than
six
weeks
for
my
deposit
to
be
paid
out
-
which
I
had
to
transfer
to
Sirius
on
an
ad
hoc
basis
-
but
I
won't
receive
it
until
after
a
total
of
60
days
at
the
earliest
because
that's
supposedly
stated
in
the
rental
agreement
and
even
though
the
law
states
otherwise
.
All
I
can
say
is:
professional
and
customer-oriented
is
different.
Update
from
December
17th,
2021:
Now
Sirius
has
actually
deducted
one
day
of
additional
rent
from
my
deposit,
even
though
I
have
it
in
writing
that
this
won't
happen.
Are
you
crazy?!
