    It has been extremely disgusting to rent a car at this place due to many reasons. I rented a car online to be picked up in Munich with and returning it in Milan. For this I have to pay 400dollar extra. I've accepted that but when picking the car I've noticed that I cannot go with it to Prag. They told me that I have to clarify that and I told them that they have to tell me that there are restrictions. Later an issue appears with mu argentinian driver license. They didn't know what a license class b1 means. Well, it is your job that and it is not my obligation to carry with me a translation of the law. I got the car which was not washed, meaning pretty dirty. When driving it I've realized that the car didn't have water for cleaning the front window. Bottom line bad, extremely bad service and pretty expensive

    Dishonest company. This Avis location in Munich entered my return date wrong (17 days later then I returned the car) and overcharge me EUR 1727.26. I have spent the last 4 months trying to receive a refund for such simple human error. I've phoned the location who say I need to get a refund from head office. Every time I call the German customer service they say "we have people working on your case and you should hear from them the next day". It's been 4 months and still no refund. Avoid hiring from this location as you may have a similar experience. To this location, please refund the amount, I've provided evidence I was out of the continent a week before you have me returning the car...

    Very welcoming staff! The car was very clean, almost new, and better than I originally ordered. No hidden fees. I waited about 20min to get the car, but that was to be expected at 9am. Very good rental experience!

    This company is a scam. They took additional money out of my credit card without any explanation and will not respond to my query. Avoid at all costs.

    My booking was at the train station branch but due to last minute unavailability of the selected vehicle, I was directed to this branch which showed great service recovery by reimbursing my cab fare. Service was also friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this branch. Another plus point is vehicles are all on site, saving the trouble to search for your vehicle at some carpark like other branches.

    Every time I visit this to get a car the man there with out anything just says we don’t have car . This time was my 3 time to visit , Even he don’t check what type of car we need how many days nothing just same answer no car. Hahhahahah

    Requested a 7 seater from avis website as it was shown available, later after reaching the site was told not available. The site had two 7 seater cars, and indicated that they are reserved for big costumers. Later was redirected to Munich ost Avis to pick up a 9 seater. The car was in good condition and the staff were helpful. But just because Avis booking system has issues making customers go around to pick up cars is not correct. Also the 9 seater car had low Adblue and had to fill it personally. Upon asking the staff and presenting the bill, I was told that they would credit but have not received anything yet.

    I reached there after the Saturday closing time of 10 AM but still got the booking. Very helpful and professional staff. Nice, clean cars at reasonable price. Got the option to drop it near Salzburg. Wondeful experience.

    Avoid renting from this Avis! I've been Avis preferred for quite some time and this is the worse I've seen. They dont reply your queries or your request before, during and after your reservation. We rented a BMW in oct and I got the world dirtiest car. The service was slow, rude and non existence. The service staff just kept touching his moustache and another service staff was coughin without his mask on. We requested a front facing child seat. They gave me a rear facing one and insisted it was front facing. And no one would put their child on such dirty childseat. So the argument went for quite some time as they insisted on us taking the childseat as there's no other choice. They can't even install the child seat. They were out of child seat so we told the service staff to remove the child seat reservation from our booking. He said his system is down and will send us a new booking but he didnt. So at the end of the booking they charged us for gas, the child seat and damages to the car. They said we damaged the carpet and also the windscreen. When we left the car at return is was perfecting fine. So we were shocked with all the extra charges. We also opted for the most expensive insurance in our booking but they still charged us EUR1,500 for damages. We have been emailing them for explanations but they just deduct out money and kept quiet. The integrity of this company is highly questionable. So avoid at all cost!

    They just registered wrong return date and I sent them an email two weeks before. I am yet to get an answer. Very bad service and experience. I won't recommend it at all.

    They didn’t bother to update their website and we came all the way here to rent a car and they are closed ! As an international company , this is unacceptable.

    Booked the car online with Check24.de. requested 7 seater but got 9 seater Ford. Requested at AVIS desk for 7 seater. They tried at other Avis centers for the availability of 7 seater and got one for me. Finally got Peuogeot 5008 SUV. Made 2600 Km in Italy. All went super smooth and return was hassle free. Very supportive and friendly staff. Thank you AVIS.

    This is the worst place in the world to rent a car. They tried to charge us 30 euros more than the reservation amount. After a lot of fighting they adjusted the price but they told us that we could pay the price of the reservation with one card and temporarily block the amount with another card as long as it was from the same person. We convert real into euros on the card to pay the amount of the reservation and we were going to use the Brazil card for the block. But, then, after the exchange, they went back saying we couldn't do it with two cards. We had to pay for everything with a card from Brazil, paying a lot more in IOF and fees. In addition to losing the euros purchased. ABSURD!
