Poor customer service - I asked to have my 47.99 Euro knife wrapped but they wouldn't do it because wrapping is only for products with a purchase value above 50.00 Euro.

I buy a pan from this shop. Their pick-up procedure is taking a item document to the cashier. I have to admit that i don't check the pan again until i'm back to home. It is disappointed there is a scratch around 7~8 cm long. It is my first to buy pan there and also the last time. I never thought about the product from the cashier would have such obviously flaw. If there is a 1~2 cm long scratch, i might be unhappy but not that angry. The only reason i give 2 stars is the knifes' stuff is so kind. And i can check the knife, try it , make a chop, ..etc. That is nice. But the quality from cashier is unbelievable. Anyone should check your product before you pay.

Pretty good store with average customer experience. The staff is almost impossible to find, and when they are spotted, they aren't really prompt enough to help you out. Nevertheless, they have a huge variety of crockery, cutlery, glassware, room fragrances, decoration items, kitchen appliances, utility items etc. The quality of everything is really good but as expected also very expensive. All in all, a good store.

Old fashioned management of a traditional Bavarian shop. Employees don’t seem very motivated, and have stayed in the mode of passive customer service of last century. Although good products are offered, customer experience is an unknown word.

Good! The sales staff is super friendly and they are working really customer oriented. I bought a few things for my kitchen and felt comfortable and very well advised by the employee(s).

The sales clerks are not helpful and SUPER unfriendly. This is why business for items such as they sell at Kustermann is moving online. I'd rather buy from Amazon and save money when the shopping experience is so poor. The guy in the pan department couldn't be bothered to help me pick out a frying pan. He was curt and unfriendly, focused on some task on his computer station. He offered no information or opinion on the vast range of pans in the store. When I got home I saw the same pan on Amazon for 5 Euros cheaper because I had to look it up to see if I could get some information on care of the pan since the clerk offered none. I think I will return my pan to Kustermann and buy it on Amazon instead. It's a shame because Kustermann is a BEAUTIFUL shop in a BEAUTIFUL location. Maybe the management will read all the reviews about unhelpful staff and do some customer service training.

Wonderful store with incredible choices especially in their Kitchen area. Also had a small but very nice cafe area with good coffee and cake. Highly recommended

Very great shopping expereice. The staffs are so friendly and well-explained.

A really good store. An original in Munich, so you're supporting the local economy, they carry as many German brands as there are for each product. As friendly of service as you'll find in Germany, and although they're not cheap, I haven't had to return one item. They have great seasonal offerings for Christmas or grill season too, and demonstration on certain cooking tools. The cafe is good as well so it's worth a visit for your kitchen needs

The best key makers in Munich are in the basement of this department store. They were able to reproduce an old-fashioned door key that a dozen other shops could not, within hours, and at a very reasonable price.

Brilliant place for a drink, imagine a lakeland shop with a bar. Staff lovely, served quickly. Left 2 bars after being ignored for 45 mins in each.
