Such a brilliant concept! The baked goodies & coffee here were outstanding! Helpful & friendly staff & excellent service. Bring your own coffee cup for a take-away...or rent one from the coffee shop. Relaxing atmosphere. The only thing I would love to see is some fresh air, as the fragrance from all the Lush products was so overpowering it was difficult to breathe in the store.

The store is gorgeous, all shiny and new, and over three floors. The wall of bath bombs in colour order is so pretty and the sushi belt of bath bombs is cute. I visited on opening day and there were so many staff (standing chatting with each other and generally blocking the products), sadly I was helped by the most miserable person ever. It made me feel uncomfortable, like I was putting her out, I picked something quickly just so she’d go! Normally staff in lush shops are so friendly and welcoming So it wasn’t a great first impression.

The store smells wonderful and insightful and has a nice coffee shop upstairs, but I couldn't get what I needed due to the price hikes. For e.g. I used to buy the sleepy/twilight box for €24.50, but on my recent visit, it was priced at €46, with the explanation that it now includes the wrap (which costs about €7 separately). Without the wrap, it's €39, marking a 60% price increase without the wrap and an 87% increase in the past 3 years. This steep price hike has led me, a regular customer since 2010, to leave without buying anything. It's no surprise that the store was less crowded than usual on a Saturday.

Lush always exceeds expectations with the products, with how the store looks and especially with the staff interactions. I must say that today's experience in the store was on another level, as Charmaine helped me choose a body lotion and while talking she saw I was a bit stressed out and tired. To make my day better, she gifted me another body lotion that I liked after choosing to buy another one. The interaction was great, she had such a good energy and I am so grateful for the gift and the experience! :)

Beautiful store with a crazy variety of body/hair care stuff as well as gorgeous gift sets. They also offer a whole set of cosmetics with natural substances and animal friendly. I also really liked their new plants as well as their small coffee bar, in which you can buy a coffee when bringing your own cup or buy one. The staff are super friendly and helpful, all speaking English as well as German.

We went only for the Vegan cafe, the place is really nice, very good cakes and drinks and the waitress Jessica is super! She's so kind and gave us good suggestions. We came for the first time yesterday and have already returned today! the service is fantastic and they have many options for a perfect vegan break.

Great ambience. Very kind and friendly staff's in the store. Expensive cosmetics store in the city, however the products are up to the mark and give great results. A lot of refreshing soap 🫧🧼 and cream products for women and men are seen a lot here. Products are priced at quantity based starting from a minimum of 100gms per product. It will really give a luxurious bath 🛁🚿 feel. Have fun using Lush 😃

It's always such a great experience when I go to Lush but today I had a help of an employee Khushboo and she was such a sweet and nice person. She helped me so much to find a prefect products I need and overall made experience amazing. I would recommend this store to anyone and especially to have help from her during your visit to the store.

Lush is always a pleasure to shop in. Their products are fantastic, but what makes it better is the atmosphere created by the staff. Andi is amazing! He is friendly and knowledgeable, a total credit to the brand. Cannot say enough good things about our experience.

My first visit to a Fresh and Flowers Lush shop was absolutely fantastic. I managed to get quite a few anchor store exclusives and with the amazing help from Scott, felt like the only customer in the shop.

I‘m a lush loyal customer and have bought many Lush products quite often. However, the experience today at the store was very unpleasant, I asked my bf “how many shampoo bar should we buy?“ and the black guy staff there just cut into our conversation and said“ it’s only 6€, you can buy 10 and it’s only 60€“ and he said it in a way that made us feel uncomfortable. And he came to intervene and just implying „THIS PRODUCT IS CHEAP AND I SHOULDN‘T HESITATE BUYING HOW MANY” that is very unprofessional. We had already bought some in London and already stored many of lush products. We don’t need an unprofessional staff to tell us how many should we buy.

They are a bit pricey but awsome varieties of bath bombs and selfcare products. The store is always clean, the staff is friendly, the lift inside is perfect with pram. With every bathbomb you get the ingredient list too.

Really nice shop, I recommend a visit! I love the company’s values! Didn’t know they also have fresh flowers, bought a bouquet for a friend’s birthday. Love that the flowers are regional as well. Staff is also really lovely. And there’s a vegan café included too!

Honestly, you should go even if you don't plan on buying something. The barista is amazing and it smells great (perfect way to start off the day). Super friendly and helpful staff. Best LUSH I've ever been too and definitely worth it a visit.

Except from being the most beautiful lush store I've ever seen, the staff was absolutely amazing. An important package was missing from my cart and they were so incredibly helpful in solving my problem, even if they didn't have to. I don't have enough words to thank everyone for their profound kindness and to show how grateful I am to them and to lush. Thank you and thank you again.

Can't believe they packed the tester for me instead of a new product. Should not have trusted the staff to take the item and pack it for me, and of course I definitely should have checked my bag before leaving. Absolutely disgusted.

Best staff ever. We never met such helpful and nice staff anywhere. They don’t push you to buy, they just want you to see options, try samples and give you recommendations. Everyone we dealt with inn this store was nice and we came back twice to it before we left Munich

Just love the customer service at Lush. And they also have staff who are from England and Scotland (among other nationalities), so you can get customer service in English too. Oh, and their products are great also :)

The best Lush in Munich. They have a vegan cafe on the 2nd floor, they are sooooo delicious, even just for cafe, I can definitely recommend. And you can also eat Turkish vegan food. The employees are so nice and helpful if you go there, find Christina, she will perfectly help you. I don't know if there is another Christina, so to not be confused, she has gray hair and is from Milan.

I work for Lush in the UK and know many shops, this is one of the most beautiful and the easiest to shop from. Also the coffee at the vegan cafe on the first floor is incredible. It's one of the only cafés selling organic coffee and bio plant milk in that area of town.

This store was a very fun experience! Robert especially was super nice! He recommended the super milk and my hair never smelled better!

I was at the store on Saturday and I had a great time. I was already familiar with Lush products, but this store does have a bigger selection than the usual ones, which is nice. I also want to say a special thanks to Van H. She was very helpful in showing me the products and patiently explained them all.
