Esslingen am Neckar: Easily the most beautiful town closest to stuttgart! Easiest thing is to leave the car in one of the many underground parkings (1h = 1.50€) The two main gothic/medieval churches are beautiful, the old town and the main square are equally pretty with the typical traditional houses/buildings loads of places to eat and drink and the sunset views from the castle are stunning.

I cannot sit in this kirche without feeling God's love expressed through the reverence of the people who built this beautiful place and gather to worship God here.

What a wonderful site. If you are into churches, you'll enjoy this.

Stunning, stunning if you are interested in medieval churches or cathedrals. It seems that the first foundation of this church was built in the year 700. This magnificient building is close to the Esslinger Weihnachtsmarkt. Make sure you are there close to Christmas to experience this stunning event. Take your time to explore the inside of this beautiful decorated church. You can also listen to the orchestra, busy with their preparation for the christmas festival.

Small and quient church in the center of town, lots of history, beautiful architecture.

A very beautiful church. Now there is an organ hall. It is said to be one of the best organs in southern Germany. I heard quite a bit. The wedding began in the temple and we only looked a little at the interior. I hope to come here again.
