Lady at returning desk is really disappointed and rude. The shop is as many others OBI, good but not as good as Leroy Merlin. It's a petty they are not in Germany.

An amazing store with wide range of collection in tools and electronics & electrical items. It's a hardwareshop basically, but you could find almost all the items for a home like from fitted kitchen to interior decoration. But the prices also little high. There is a beautiful gardenshop here in Obi where you will get plenty of plants and other garden equipments. I really loved this store, it's my first visit ❤️

As all OBI stores, a pleasure to visit, but you have to buy something. Has everything you could want.

Narrow aisles, cluttered, too many people, slow checkouts.

Service very bad. Never anybody around to help you.and when you fin one, they tell you this is not my department..I need to go and wait in front of the department ...waited 12 minutes and left.. All the staff seem stressed and over worked and nobody nobody smiles..ever..no matter where, arrival, plants, metal, wood.check out.. Just shocking..and it is the most expensive..

Usually very crowded, but not too expensive and occasionally very friendly staff. Come here all the time, though that’s because it is the nearest shop to me.

If you are American and can't speak german do not go here my wife and I were yelled at by the cashier because we couldn't speak german and after we payed she shooed us away like we were burdens

A very serious store which offers everything about building. I am so pleased to visit these premises because I do get anything I need.

Super helpful staff that did everything they could to help me find what I was looking for. It was difficult between my broken German and their broken English, but they were patient and we eventually figured it out together! 10/10 great experience.
